Dunno if you already have, but I believe Black Noise is the man you should talk to about starting off as an Admiral. I'm sure one of the FLs (Faction Leaders) will take notice of your profile eventually, but to streamline the process I'd just reach out to him and see what happens =) Just a little tip to help get you to be able to RP faster.

I saw that you've put the Imperial Fleet insignia in your signature, but don't have it linked to anything. You may already know this, in which case this will have been a waste, but you can have that insignia linked directly to your character profile when clicked on. Just copy the link to the 'Tol Shaga' character profile page, go to "edit signature", click/drag over on the image that you already have until it's highlighted in blue, click on the earth symbol with the chain that's on the last bar in the editor, paste, and you're good to go.
