The Jedi Knight climbed out of the pool after Avaloria. More Padawans and their Masters were coming in to swim. Luckily, they were done here. The faun-like Jedi, now clearly seen without his shirt on, looked... well, young. He may be 43 in standard years, but due to his species' biology, the satyr-like male had the body and bearing of a 25 year-old, as his lifespan was about one third as long as a human's. His pectorals and abs were were quite defined, and he pulled his tunic on while his blue-skinned padwan spoke.

"Well," he began, "[color-"grey"]Meet me in the hangar spire. I'll be in Hangar Four, in the eastern wing. Meet me there for the mission.[/color]"

He smiled at his Padawan, and turned to the door, walking towards the turbolift that would head to the Knights' areas. He turned and said to Avaloria. "The Padawan turbolift is straight ahead, and the second on the right. That should bring you right near your rooms."

The satyr-like Knight stepped into the turbolift, and after several seconds, it clanged shut and whizzed up, firing towards the wing the Jedi Knights inhabited.

She nodded at her Master, and watched him depart heading up the turbo lift. As her Master faded from her sight she took one last look at the pool, that was slowly gaining a crowd of Padawans and other ranking Jed. She smiled for a moment at the Serenity of which the pool of water offered to the group and even though it was a momentary peace it was a peace they found. She turned away from the pool and proceeded to the turbo lift herself.

She entered one of the available turbo lifts and pressed a few buttons just off to the right of the door on the inside. The door closed as the Turbo lift itself hummed as it climbed upward toward the Jedi Chambers. While the elevator ascended, she could not help but to wonder if it was wrong she had growing affection for her master and his unique style. She shook the thought off as best as one could ..

23 minutes later....

Veren stood beside the inconspicuous freighter in the Spire's hangar bay. It was big enough for four people to fit in two, two-bunked cabins comfortably- spartan on the inside, though. The satyr-like Jedi Knight looked at the hull. It was grey, artistically battered, and it still retained the hawk-like shape it was intended to. Veren remembered this one. He had used the Order's "Morning Twilight" for many missions... Now, it was to be used to ferry the Knight and his apprentice to Rodia, where they would work on a training assignment in what was hopefully diplomacy.

The faun-like male had already placed his few possessions in his cabin on the small starship. Now, all he had to do was wait for his blue-skinned apprentice.

Thirty Three Minutes Later...

She comes walking out from the Turbo lift that led to the Hanger Bay of her Master's Ship. She skipped along the surface of the floor with a very cheery deposition. There she was wearing skin tight brown brown khakis, a equally tight white T-Shirt and a Brown Tan-Hide Jacket. She also had on brown leather riding boots that came half way up her calf's. Her Lekku's had been wrapped from their base to their tips in a brown leather strap. She never dressed like "Other padawans" and she always thought it was best to dress informally as there may be times when a "Jedi Appearance" is more or less appreciated. When she got to the Ramp to her Master's ship and climbed on board with very little hesitation.

"Master? Hell-o," she yelled to excited to contain her energy, she stressed the world Hello drawing it out.

Then, Veren heard his apprentice being her typical, bubbly self, greeting him with a drawn-out "Heeeelllloooo...." The Jedi Knight couldn't resist chuckling to himself at his apprentice's cheery mood. He walked around to the other side of the small freighter, and said, "Hello, Avaloria. Good to see you're ready. Go ahead and put your belongings in the cabin with the open door." He noticed that she was dressed rather inconspicuously, and looked at his own- a nondescript flight vest and the usual shoulder pads and armguards. Veren added, "I guess great minds think alike, eh?"

She looked down at herself and then at her master's appearance, she could not help but return his infectious laughter, "I suppose your right, My mother always told me to be a Jedi is not to necessary have to dress like one."

She smiled and turned quickly into the Cabin that was open to her. Quickly she placed her bags on the Bed and returned to her Master. She was one not to waste time but yet again, her excitement to get underway was about to explode from her, " Well then, Shall we!?"

Veren laughed. "Your mother seems very wise... Tell me, what was her name? It's possible that I might have met her on Ossus once."

He waited for an answer, and continued, "Why not?" The satyr-like Jedi Knight hopped back into the ship. He passed Avaloria in the hallway, and gestured for her to follow. "Do you know how to pilot a starship? If not, now would be a good time for you to learn." The Jedi walked to the small ship's control pod at the front of the ship, sitting down in the pilot's chair. The copilot's chair was to his right, and the displays were.... numerous. This would be harder than he thought, after all....

"My mother's Name," she almost trailed off as if becoming lost in thought only to snap back to reality, "Dyveria, Jedi Knight Dyveria."

She quickly followed her Master to what appeared to be the cockpit of the vessel, the forward most part. As she saw her master plop down in the main pilot's chair she herself, jumped over the backside of the co-pilots chair and landed hard into its lap. Looking over the various flashing buttons before her she grinned with a puzzled expression locked upon her face.

"Do I know how to pilot... well," she giggled nervously and then looked at her master with a fake grin, ".. I get lost just looking at all this."

Veren replied cheerfully, "Dyveria Dython? Yep. Definitely knew her. She was a year or two older than me, and was being trained by Master Tweeg, I believe? An old Rodian who always hobbled around because of a leg injury, and tended to the Archives after he trained his apprentice... He died a few years back, though... He was such a dear old man..." he trailed off.

When his Padawan replied to his other question, he chuckled. "Well, now's as good a time as any. Between our combined piloting ability, we should have about as many near-death experiences as the number of miles away Rodia is... But here, this is the steering mechanism, and that's the throttle..."

((Okay... Time for moi to start the thread for Rodia. I'll start it after you reply, and I'll put it on hold. :P))
