OOC: I have a custom of making every single RP thread I start an open thread. Please bear in mind however that this thread is an 1v1 duel to the death with the outcome (my Sith character's death) already decided. I kindly ask you all not to interfere.

*He was not sure why he had been drawn to this utterly filthy and polluted rock. Vezget walked through the filth of unrestricted industrialization and urban decay that was spread throughout the decaying city world of Nar Shaddaa. The dark side called him ever onward, promising there was a reason for luring him here to Hutt Space, that he would soon understand what it was. He did not stand out among the crowded streets of Nar Shaddaa. A lone short figure wrapped in a robe and whose face was concealed under a hood. He was one but of many who tried to keep their identities hidden and one who did not look like much of a threat. That was, of course, exactly what he intend to appear as. He could feel it now. A small candle in the Force. A Jedi was here. A young, inexperienced Jedi. The sides of his mouth twitched up in what some might call a smile. He moved like a predator that was sure of the ease in the prey it stalked.*

Nar Shaddaa, what had brought him here. Was it to forget something, to lose something. Who knows really, he didn't really know why he had even come to this moon. This place of corruption and greed, a moon meant for the lawless. Not a place a jedi should tread alone, even more so a mere padawan. But still he was here, clad a bit more heavily armored then usually. It was better to come prepared then unprepared, for if you were not prepared. You would perish so easily, even if you were a jedi.
Carelesness was something that claimed many lives daily on planets and moons like this one, saying a wrong word, looking strange at person could end up with a fight. And if you were unlucky, death. Stopping for a few second John looked upwards towards the sky, the polluted sky of the smugglers moon. So much suffering and pain did this place cause, even to those that did not deserve it. But the galaxy was a cruel one, and the moon likewise.
Lowering his eyes and head so he looked forward he shook his head a few times before starting to walk again, letting his feet lead the way. As he was walking John thought about what he would do once he returned to Tython, should he continue practicing his skill in the force or hone his skills with a lightsaber., or in his case two lightsabers or a saberstaff.
Was it so wise of him to not try and look around him for any potential threats, no it wasn't. But he had his mind occupied on other matters right now, yet despite that. There was that itchy feeling that told him something would go wrong very soon, he should have listened to it. But for now he ignored it.

*Vegzet drew closer to the where the dark side whispered the Jedi was. He could see the Jedi now and it appeared that the young was not playing much attention to his surroundings. That was a mistake, a gravely fatal mistake. He drew his right arm back as though readying a punch and swung it forword, palm open. The dark energy at his call rippled and turned throughout the length of his arm before exploding outward from his palm with cannon ball-like force toward the Jedi.*

And that he shouldn’t have, a few moments later he could feel the presence of a sith. Feeling the twisted nature of his force signature radiating from the sith, it was clear that he was more experienced them John was. But that moment when he felt the sith presence, he know that he should have been on his guard. Turning around to face his target he saw how the sith fired of a ball of energy against him, without thinking John threw himself out of the way just barely. But to not let the sith get the drop on him this time so easily he quickly got back to his feet and unleashed a pulse against the sith, not to kill him but to knock him of his feet.
If that didn't work he would have to resort to lightsaber-combat, even if he was better with lightsabers then most, he was no master at it. Readying himself for another attack and to pull out both of his lightsabers if he needed them.
And by now the people that had been walking down the same street as he had, was no gone. Having decided to run away from what would become a battlefield for two force users, it was for the better. Now John wouldn't have to worry about innocent people getting killed for nothing.

*The Sith chuckled quietly to himself as the Jedi evaded and leashed out with his own Force push. The boy certainly was quick on his feet. Vegzet would have fun toying with him before the kill. Another surge of dark energy burst from his palm to meet the Jedi's own Force attack. The two opposing currents of directed Force energy collided like two waves smashing into each other. Vegzet's wave eclipsing and overpowering his young opponent's own. He was so completely confident in his ability to crush what he viewed as a lesser foe that he didn't even bother to reach for his lightsaber. Despite the Jedi drawing two of his own. Vegzet instead spoke. His every word dripping with mockery.*

"Come now little Jedi. Do you really know how to wield a lightsaber? Let alone two? I'd hate for you to kill yourself and deny me the pleasure."

Even if he wasn't that strong in the force, he could tell that his wave had been overpowered by the siths own wave of energy, even though weakened by his own wave it still had enough power to send John flying backwards. Letting the wave hit him he relaxed, let his body do the work by itself. Bending his knee's and letting himself roll backwards to reduce the impact force of the wave, after having done the roll he slammed down the hilts of the lightsabers in the ground to halt his sliding on the ground. Stopping a few meters later he stood up and looked at the sith, he was trying to taunt him wasn't he. “Come and see for yourself.” he said and smiled under the mask.”I'd hate to see you loose your target.” he said a bit sarcastic.

*He laughed at the Jedi's words. The sound erupting from the depths from his throat like a sudden loud clap. The Jedi was truly an idealist fool if he thought his so-called "light" could withstand the power the Sith standing before him wielded. A simple nudge and twist of the Force unclipped his double-bladed lightsaber and brought it spinning into hiswaiting hand. A single blade came to life from on end with a SNAP-HISS and basked the surrounding area in the color of blood. the soft hum seemed filled with an eagerness for the coming clash.*

"Oh yes, Jedi. Let us test your abilites."

*As he spoke those words one could feel the Force around him twist and swirl, ever faster and darker, like a building storm that would engulf the young guardian of light. The dark power of the Force was at his full command. Nothing more than a tool that answered to his will and answer it did as he called it inward. He directed it to surge throughout his body and every movement made was faster, sharper, stronger. In a near blur of speed he rushed at the Jedi. The overlong hilt of the blade held with a single hand. That humming blood colored blade swinging in cut his young opponent clean in half with one swiping arch.*
