A Little Indecision

I've been trying to write my jedi character for about a week now and every time I decide on what species to make my character I always decided against it a short time later. So I've finally decided its time for another opinion, and the four species I've been juggling between have been an Anzat, a Celegrian, a Twi'lek, or a Zelosian. I pretty much have each one of them mapped out to a degree, but still can't decide on one, so any help would be appreciated.

Personality wise, or faction wise? Personality wise a little more of a calm restrained character not wanting to overstep himself. And faction wise a jedi.

Well knowing a little about the character would help decide on species. Like general actions and strengths, major personality features, gender etc. Personally I'd go for Zeltronian 1st, then a Twi'lek, but it is up to you.

Well like I briefly stated early I said he would be a little more of a calm restrained character not wanting to overstep himself. He would be a hard worker, not much of a free-thinker, but when not working would be able to indulge in the luxury of thinking. He really doesn't like to cross people either, instead letting them go along thinking like that, and if he does disagree with them he will either see a higher authority about it or just not say anything. He would be the first to volunteer for something, and would be kind of a push over picking up other peoples slack if necessary. But despite all this he would be prone to streaks where he would just get fed up and get really angry. Hope thats what you were looking for.

Not a Zeltronian, they're known for self confidence, outgoingness and even vanity. Twi'lek I think would be good.
