"God it's been years.." Hailey was doing up her hair, indecisive of what to do with it from the nervousness oozing from her, as she thought of how nice it would be to see her old friend again. Nok had been busy for quite a long time, and with Grand admiral Vaxus on mission, she hadn't been as busy as she usually would. Granted ship maintenance was always a big concern, but that was always ongoing, even with all the service, and upkeep Grand admiral Vaxus's brand new pride and joy, the Flagship "Muzzle Velocity Diplomacy" required constantly. New was good, and made better for service, but it didn't change the fact it was a pain in the ass. Thankfully because it was new, it still hadn't much maintenance as it's predecessor.
However, this glorious pride, and joy would be gracing it's bow to her old friend Nok soon enough, and she wanted to show him just how much she'd grown, and the fierce warrior she'd become.
"My choice of shotgun was much more terrible the last time we'd spoke." she twiddled her thumbs slightly nervous as she entered the bridge.
"THAT WAS 3 YEARS AGO!" she froze with her contorted expression on her face in the middle of the room, the officer staring at her outburst, then rather oddly popped into a look of completely unshaking suaveness, swiftly swiping her hand back on her hair as if to lay it down.
"He'll love the Grand admiral." she said with a smirk continuing to walk to the front, the officers shaking their heads in confusion, and going back to what they were doing. The bridge door opened once more, only this time, the officers coming to attention. Hailey turned around, her eyes widening in excitement, and happiness.
"NOK!!" she was like a little girl seeing a close family friend coming back from the dead. Her excitement too much to contain as she ran towards him to give him a hug.
