Generally, he wears clothing for comfort and utility- favoring natural colors and styles fit for his duties. His current clothing is a split khaki-green sleeveless tunic with a dark warm gray cloth shirt, and pants. He wears a thick utility belt around this, and light armor over his left shoulder and forearm. Black knee length, lightly-padded boots adorn his legs.
Over all of this he will often wear a dark gray-green colored hooded cloak around his shoulders, that seems to be more of a paenula or poncho than a normal jedi cloak.

PERSONALITY
Anaro is an optimistic person. Good-natured and generally cheerful, he rarely gets stressed out, and prefers to go with the flow of things. He is also pretty energetic, he's still young and inspired, and generally has some sort of side project going. He has a lot to learn, and sometimes doesn't realize it.
Practicality is something he strives for. He is creative, but keeps things in the realm of ergonomics. Novel ideas come pretty easily for him, and he loves getting his hands dirty.
Despite being a bit of an introvert, he's quite spontaneous. This means he can switch mindsets to fit new situations with little effort- making him more flexible and versatile in whatever predicament he finds himself in.
That flexibility comes with some unpredictability, but he's able to release his energy when it's needed most. He's not just some uncontrollable ball of productivity- he knows how to prioritize.
With all that creativity and spontaneity, he's a natural in crisis situations.
These personality traits also lead to some stubborn tendencies. If someone attempts to change his habits, or his ways through criticism, he can be quite blunt in his lack of patience and irritation.
He's logical, and this can often mean he's insensitive. He often tries to meet halfway and compromise with empathy and emotional sensitivity- but it doesn't always come out right.
Despite always having good friends at a younger age, he's a but of a private and reserved person. He'es difficult to get to know, and is a true introvert when he's on his own time. He's the kind of guy who prefers silence to small talk.
All that time spent alone also makes him dislike long term commitments to some ideals and even people. He prefers to take things day by day- using his ability to improvise often.
Stubbornness, difficulty with other people's emotions, and focus on being in the moment can lead to unnecessary and unhelpful boundary pushing- just for fun. He's been know to escalate interpersonal conflict just to see where it goes- something that can have disastrous consequences if he loses control of the situation. This made him a great asset in undercover work when he was younger.

BIOGRAPHY
Initiate training basically started in the form of children's academics and studies. It wasn't really anything special until he was old enough for force studies and physical education. He didn't excel, but he made friends fast with those who did. Anaro was a likeable kid- generally kind to everyone, and a genuine personality. All things were in moderation for him- and he seemed to coast through his earlier years.
Learning what it was to be a jedi seemed like second nature, as it did for most other children in his predicament. They grew up in the life- so they all had a certain expectation of who they were to become. Despite how diverse adult life was in the Order, everyone sort of saw themselves as peacekeepers, or scholars of sorts. That was where most of the Jedi got limelight, and gained some internal 'fame', if you could call it that. He always roleplayed and dreamed himself as both- liking the best of both worlds. Sometimes he'd imagine himself a brave guadrian, other times a studious master, teaching those around him the values of the force, and interesting force artifacts.
As most do, the years following was where he found out a lot of the things he excelled at- and enjoyed pursuing. Hobbies and joys slowly became sources of study and practice. Being a moderately social kid, he always seemed to have study buddies, sparring partners, and people to bounce ideas off. This allowed him to never fall behind in studies, and always try to stay ahead of the 'average'. He was 'average' by most means, really. He was better than most in athletics, he was a higher-middle road in academics, and seemed to take to the lessons in the force, as well. This was also a bit of an internal struggle for him.
As he grew, he realized that not having many downfalls could be a downfall in it's own. Pleasing everyone around him wouldn't ever really get him anywhere he wanted to go. You certainly didn't have to make enemies- but you really needed to strive for something more for yourself than just getting by, and having friends about. Slowly becoming 'lazy' with some studies, trying to really discover what it was he was good at, to try to have some sort of motivation, some goals- difficult ones. The nature of being competitive was a little foreign to him, but he didn't allow himself to continue 'being okay' with everything.
Then came those shining moments - those 'ligt-bulb' revelations. He always loved history, he also always loved the martial arts and saber training. He then learned about the sect within the order that sought out relics of the force. They also happened to integrate themselves within normal society and work on long term missions. Goals were beginning to set themselves- as Anaro began to pour himself into his studies of archaeology, force relics, technology, and even began taking more extra curricular combat techniques. It also had another side effect of netting him all manner of friends. Folks gearing themselves toward becoming more akin to peacekeepers and guardians, as well as the consulars and librarians.
This constant prodding to the jedi masters garnered the attentions of one Jedi Master Han Lee. Master Lee himself actually used to work as a Jedi Sentinel. Though despite his long tenure in the group- he got attached to the communities he worked in, and begged the council to allow him to be reassigned- or become a peacekeeper. Since he had a deep knowledge of the area's workings, civilizations, had a lot of key people as 'friends'- it made it an easy decision to allow him to stay in the same sector- but be more closely involved in helping and keeping the peace.
Master Lee took him on as his padawan, something he had yet to do in his near forty years with the order. He saw some potential in young Anaro, but mostly saw that his mindset really aligned with his ambitions. Finding that isolation in the temples, and studies as a hinderance if he was really to learn and work with the civilians of the galaxy. Anaro was a bit of a busy body, and hated being cooped up too long. Always out and about- busying himself with learning the lightsaber arts, about acrhaeological findings, force studies, you name it. He enjoyed that he was able to find a balance between the mental and physical studies.
Honing Anaro's natural curious instincts, and aptitude for both things physical and mental, Master Lee became close to Anaro due to many similarities. Like many relationships, theirs became a familial one. They were distant in age, so Master Lee became more of a father figure, and Anaro- the dutiful son.
The love for technology is something Master Lee coupled with- and taught Anaro quite a bit about civilian technologies, and all kinds of gadgets, and tinkering with them. Grooming him for certain abilities without feeling like they had to be forced. After the lightsaber construction trials- something Anaro particularly loved for as many reasons as any other- they were approved to begin studies abroad, outside of the temples.
The outer rim was an unforgiving place. Though the people were hardy- and resourceful. Something Anaro learned to identify with. They began working slowly- introducting him to the local enforcement guilds and government agencies from planet to planet. Learning protocol, and some criminal law. Learning the way of life in the rim wasn't as warm and forgiving as it was closer to the core. Some scruples needed to be shed, or cast aside from time to time- and that not everything was black and white with these people. He also learned quickly, that good and evil were just points of view- not always hard fact.
Focusing on a variety of fields, some of which he learned in the order, others of which he learned on the range with his master. Things learned like the rest of civilization. Basic Mechanics, some security slicing, technician, and even pathfinder or spy. The life wasn't easy, but it certainly felt fulfilling. Anaro never felt like he needed to ask for more- as he always had at the temples. When he was about 16 he began running actual missions for Lee, some light under cover work with local young crime groups, as well as doing basic reconnaisance.
He showed an aptitude and high attention to detail during these missions, as well as a great amount of mental fortutude. Physical fortutude, too, as he was often put to the test in the streets. His martial arts training actually took him pretty far- and he was lucky that he never really had to draw his lightsaber in confrontation until he was probably 18. Doing so stated two things. One of which - it certainly blew any sort of cover he had- and another- that he intended to protect himself with his life.
It was a difficult situation that deconstructed itself rather quickly- as certain lines wouldn't be crossed. Some things went too close to the dark for him to shine light on- and torture was one of them. Since he started with some of the kids young- selling spice, deathsticks, blasters, and keeping track of thefts and booking for their 'brother' gang that ran 'protection' extortion rackets... He got as embedded as you could. After two years, they considered Anaro one of them, and they caught one of their new members (someone Anaro also worked with as a jedi) blowing the whistle on some older members. Anaro was tasked with getting the info in any way possible. On the spot- with the lieutennants present. This meant they suspected him- as well.
The situation devolved quickly, and Anaro had to cut down some of his 'friends' that day. People he worked with that saw what they did as a way of life. The betrayal felt real, despite knowing what he was- or wasn't doing in this case- was right. Just. Correct. Proper. Moral. Things he clung to to stay sane. When pushed to mutilate another- he wouldn't do it. Instead of brushing it off, the lieutennant got hot tempered, and drew a blaster. It wouldn't cut it- Anaro had to draw out, and severed the man's weapon- and most of his fingers. The others in the room saw this, and reacted accordingly. A few he left unharmed- but the ones who shot first- Anaro did what he could to preserve life, but he had to take three to escape.
The mission was a bust, he was taken from the case- and Master Lee, a group of bounty hunters and law enforcement agents had to clean up the gang activity in a more direct way. It wasn't pretty- but that's kind of how everything ended up in the outer rim. Shortly after he was knighted for his commitment to the cause, as well as showing ingenuity, improvisation, and displaying a keen sense of duty. A bitersweet time, but one that he is proud of more or less. This is also around the time the war against the darkness was climaxing toward a brutal end.
It was this that got the attention of the Army- and his abilities shadowed some of the skills they were looking for in the fight against the Sith. He soldiered up, and was deployed as both a pathfinder- something like a recon unit, and an intelligence gathering group. Basically- Seeking out dark side artifacts if he could (denying the enemy more means of power), hunting down key figures, and making sure the unit he was attached to stayed informed of enemy movements, equipment, as well as running sabotage sorties. As the war rages on through the ashes of both the new Jedi Order and the Sith, Anaro remained loyal to the Jedi Knights, and has served on a small handful of deployments.

Anaro is well trained in the forms of lightsaber combat. He is still young however, and has much to learn. He focuses mainly on forms V and VI due to practicality for him- as it takes his strengths from martial training as well as his flexibility.
Beginning with Form I, he still enjoys using it's efficiency. Form V is something he greatly prefers because it allows him ample defense, as well as powerful strikes and countering. Form VI he also has spent a lot of time on to be more fluid in combat, allowing him a brutal efficiency as well as incredible balance.
Force Abilities:
His connection to the force is well practiced- though he doesn't really know any really advanced skill, other than the ability to hide his force signature from other force users. Though he communes with the force often- it would be far from it to consider him 'strong with the force'. His abilities tend to focus on areas of the force that can help him from day to day.
He is quite skilled in supplementing his physical abilities. Acrobatics and athletics are a large part of his job with the army- getting in to places others cannot- and being harder to hit or quicker to escape if luck doesn't go his way.
Force sense is probably his next most practiced focus. Being a big practitioner of Form V- he is quite adept in deflecting blaster fire, and this indeed requires a good sense ability. Also his great amount of 'luck' he has with tracking people and objects he's meant to find. This has helped him locate force relics, artifacts, criminal evidence, as well as locate dangerous targeted individuals in crowds and cities.
Like all other jedi- he is also trained in using telekinetic abilities. This is something he's used often on the job. Lifting moderate sized object, and the occasional push/pull of an individual to help them to safety- or to temporarily immobilize a target/enemy.
He is practiced in some status effects as well, though mostly just dampening his force signature to make him harder to detect by other force sensitives. This was the thing he was most recently trained in due to having more contact with the Sith. It was a long drawn out process that he didn't take to very quickly. Normally he is quick to pick up abilities- however since he is so new to the ability- it still takes him quite a bit of focus to do this. Despite that- he is decently trained in protecting himself from general force-based offensive abilities- like other folks snatching his saber from his hand, or deflecting force pushes/pulls.
Specialized Skills:
His specialty could be considered investigation, or reconnaissance/path-finding/exploring/scouting. He's trained as something of the Jedi Sentinels of the order- so his skills could be applied to most situations, as he's worked alone for most of his 'career'. Good attention to detail and has experience leading small groups in unconventional warfare. He's not built like a frontline fighter, but he is absolutely qualified for guerilla style tactics.
As far as combat goes- he specializes in close quarter engagements. So first and foremost he is incredibly talented in martial arts- focusing on striking and trapping. However if things turn into a no-turning-back situation- he will draw on his lightaber if he must.

Anaro has a training regimen he likes to stick to to keep himself not only fit, but disciplined. He trains at the very least once a week on his martial arts, and exercises 3-4 times a week. His martial arts training has given him good hand-eye coordination, as well as honed his reflexes. This means he is average with melee weapons as well as ranged weapons. It's not difficult to point and shoot- but he does not train at a firing range, so he's average at best with ranged weapons. Melee weapons take more skill to use than blaster weapons- but his martial arts training have given him a wide knowledge of body movements and self awareness that can give him a basic knowledge of how to use most weapons- improvised or not. His unarmed skills are excellent, due to his training. His leadership capabilities are slightly lacking, mostly because he is a flexible person- he is more apt to listen than to try to order someone around. Due to his training regimen, he is also quite fast and has good stamina. His intelligence is above average, and is able to improvise and plan quickly with decently sharp wit. He's certainly no genius- but you won't see him fall over and crash through a wall while attempting to strap on his boots. His strength is above average, but he is still young. With the amount of training he sticks to, as he gets older, will certainly increase.[/beebox3]
