Though my sole intention is to look around and to dabble with this and that. I would be grateful, if I was provided by the important links to alleviate my awareness regarding the timeline and site's lore. Hence in the end, it would prepare my mind for what may come. And another question, if you would please. Do I have to make an OOC account then connect my characters to them. Or does it work as stand alone account fro each character made?

The best links for you to hit up at the moment would probably be the Timeline "Story" thread, which entails a healthy summary of the 10 years leading up to the point where we are currently roleplaying (in the year 1023ABY).

From there you head over to the Character profiles board and set to work on creating a new character for you to play with! They can join either the Sith, Imperials, Jedi, Rebels, Hutts, or even roam free as an Independant character - or join up with one of the smaller independant factions! Everything has its merits, and everywhere is full of exciting characters and interesting plots to explore!
