He just looked at the woman as she leaned in and spoke to him about looking good for a dead guy, it made him smirk and chuckle softly. Good girl that had been able to find so much about him the little time that he had been talking to Ann, impressive. But it wasn't surprising that she had been able to find out that much, after all she was a Chiss. He just responded with a barely noticeable nod when she mentioned that he always kept his word, no matter how much it would hurt him.

Taking a step away from the woman Dri'ken looks at Ann for a moment before speaking.”If you want I could let you talk with your bodyguards without me standing here, I should prepare the ship for departure.” though in reality he wanted to remain her with her, but he knew better. And he thought that it could be good if she could have a talk with her bodyguards without him.

Ann blinks as the whisper, but shrugs. If Erena thought it was important she would tell Ann. “Well, if you really want to go you can. But we don’t need time to be alone. I have been around the two of them so long now, that I can talk to them through the force, read their thoughts, and have them hear my own. We have been talking the entire time actually. Its not like you can hear it, but it works out for us. When a Force user like me spends a lot of time with a person, I can begin to read their thoughts, and after awhile, I can put my own thoughts inside your head, and in time, we can have conversations this way.”

Erena laughs and grins. “Why, going to prepare your little ship into a love pad? Can’t blame you, but I think Ann needs a nice woman to show her how, not a little man.” Moving over and literally staring into Dri’s eyes, Erena asks a question. “Be honest…have you ever done it before?” Ann gasps and blushes, looking away. “Erena! Don’t be rude!” Erena shakes her head. “Not being rude, I want this guy to be honest with me, I need to know if we can trust him before I sent my charge off to who knows where with a complete stranger!”

The response that she gave him about not needing to be alone to talk with the bodyguards just made him shrug a bit, communications through the force was something he wouldn't be able to do even if he wanted to. At least according to a test that he took a long time ago, though it didn't matter to him honestly. He didn't need the force, over the course of his life he had learned how to rely on himself and those around him, instead of something that couldn't be seen.

He just glanced over to Erena with a sarcastic look when she made a remark on him going to prepare his ship into a lover pad, and why would he do that. Yes, he had flirted a bit with Ann before, but he wouldn't consider doing something like that. Then when she moved in front of him and stared him in the eyes he just looked back at her, red meeting silver.”No.” the answer was simple to the question that she asked him.

Erena shrugs. “I think he is lying. He has once before, but isn’t very experienced.” Ann blushes and looks away. “You are infuriating Erena!” Shaking her head Erena sighs. “Let me go through and bring Orphen to a neutral place Ann. While I trust this man well enough and Orphen, I don’t trust Coruscant. There is this neutral space station I have heard of. We should just go there, and have the boy send a message to Orphen, then reward him nearly any way he wants…sound good?”

Ann sighs and shrugs. “I realize what I am doing is dangerous. It’s stupid and doesn’t make any sense…maybe it would be better to go to a neutral place, I just want to see her…and I don’t care what happens to me.” Erena places a hand on Ann’s back. “I know, but WE care. We have to protect you. Alright.” Nods. “What do you think Mr? What would you do?”

Thinking that he was lying about something like that, he had no reason to lie about something like that. Glancing over to Ann he could see that she blushes and looks away, why was she embarrassed about this. If anyone should have been embarrassed it should have been him, it was he who was answering the questions, not her. But he could understand to some degree why she was blushing and looking away, blushing perhaps because of the subject and the nature of the questions that Erena asked him.”I am not lying about it.” he told her with the same serious tone as before.

Her suggestion that she would go through to Coruscant and get Orphen was not a good idea.”I am opposing the idea of you going into alliance territories.” he said and point towards Erena, reward him nearly anyway that he wanted, he wasn't out for a reward or anything. Even though he found the thought amusing to a degree, he didn't think much about it.”The DSC Daedalus would be a good place to meet at, neutral area an all. “

“I think that it is actually a good idea, as the area is neutral there aren't anything that could keep you two from meeting each other there. The risks would also be lower, overall it's a good plan.” shrugging he continues.”What I would do.” he mumbles to himself.”Personally I would go with the safer option of meeting on the Daedalus, because I am concerned about what could happen to Ann if she went to Coruscant.” sighing he scratches the back of his head.”Though in the end it's up to you Ann, if you want to meet her on the DSC Daedalus or on Coruscant.”

Ann listens and nods. “Yes, perhaps your right. I was being a bit hasty in my approach. While I want to rush to her…if I am captured I would have to do drastic things. Perhaps it is best to not have to worry about that nearly as much hmm?” Erena smiles and nods. “Thanks Dri, now I know you got a good head on your shoulders. I couldn’t have convinced her, but with a simple sentence you could. She is used to me blabbering on about safety, the young girl tunes it out.”

Blushing a little, Ann nods. “I am great in tactical situations, but put me in real life and I am a fail.” Turning around she smiles at Dri. “You’re right, it wouldn’t do for one of the Heiresses of the Derro family to go get herself captured because she was acting like an excited school girl. Right?” Stretching her arms above her head she grins. “Hey, Erena, entertain him a moment, I am going to get changed into less….captainy clothing.”

She rushes off to change, Erena grins. “Now, how can I entertain a handsome young man right now? Hmmm choices choices choices.”

He just nodded as a response to Erena thanking him for convicing Ann apperntly to take the safer way of seeing Orphen.”If you don't have a cool head you propably won't live in some parts of the galaxy.” Dri'ken said without really thinking about it. And there goes a bit more of my cover. What was wrong with him today seriously, not only had he failed so miserably right when he meet Ann, but now he was also giving hints to things that he had done in his past. On top of that, he did it while her bodyguards was around.

That she was great in tactical situations he didn't doubt, and well the way she acted in public had well made it rather clear that she was indeed a frail person when it came to how to handle real life situations.”Guess so Ann, and that would cause some trouble for me as well you know.” Ann would know what he meant for sure, but her bodyguard would propably not understand exactlly what he meant by saying that. Hopefully at least.

Wait a minute, did she just say that she wanted Erena to entertain him for a moment while she changed into something less captain clothing. Then when she rushes off from the group he starts become a bit nevous, yeah. This wouldn't end well. Glancing over at Erena he listens to her saying how to entertain a young man at this moment, it made him blink several times and blush a bit. He didn't even want to think what she had in mind.

As Ann walks off, Erana puts an arm around Dri’ken’s shoulders, she grins. “Oh, by the way, something happens to her, I will find anything you care about, destroy it, kill anyone you are even friends with, then, kill you in the most slow, painful way I possibly can, probably go simple, tuber peeler to the skin, until you just don’t have any more.” Shrugs. “She returns safely, I will make sure you are rewarded well, understand?” The woman was quite serious, and it filled every word. Patting Dri’ken’s back she moves away, her face a mask of calm. “Now that is out of the way. Tell me about your ship, I know you have one.”

The Immortal follows with Ann, he was never supposed to be that far from the girl, but it would be obvious to Dri that his mind was not safe at the moment. Ann began changing in one of the restrooms, her guard waiting outside. Erana sighs. “I will be honest, I don’t want her to do this. I think its stupid, but she is set on it. If we sent a Chiss shuttle with her in it, it could easily be intercepted, and a capital ship would cause a panic, no matter where we sent it to. However, no one would even think to look for her in your ship.”

When Erena placed a arm around his shoulder he shot a cold glare, but it only lasted for a second before it softened. Her threats to him meant little at the moment at this moment, there wasn't much in his life that he cared for. But there was one thing that he thought that he started to care about, the one person that he cared about, or so he thought he cared about at least. Was someone that he was sure that she didn't want to hurt.”I don't need a reward, this is for her.” he tells Erena.

“It's a F/A-23E Fighter” Dri'ken tells her as she moved away from him, walking over to the wall of the garden, leaning against it.”Even if you don't want it to happen, she will eventually grow up and take of on her own.” shrugging he leans his head against the wall, sighing he chuckles a bit.”Everyone grows up.”

“We all grow up, Ann already has, over and over. The thing is, even if we don’t want it, we are going to war eventually, its easy to read in the stars and patterns of life. Nothing we can do about it. Ann will be forced to command troops, most likely against the GA if things continue the way they are. Which means she has to go face to face to Orphen and tell her so. Do you understand? This is Ann’s honor, to the point of risking everything to keep it. And I see, an experimental craft, heard once about it, know nothing however.” Shrugs. “We Chiss keep our ears close to the ground, listening for any technology or new things.”

Sighing she looks at the man. “It’s not as easy as you seem to think. Ann is in an interesting position. Far younger than she should be, she is a Captain, as well as one of the heirs to a large and powerful family. More so, she is a respected pawn in the games of diplomacy, and has to understand her place. She does so better than anyone else I have ever met. Small, and fragile, in life she is important, and yet, she is stubborn and reckless with her own person. Ann would kill herself if she was captured, just remember that.”

Already have grown up, over and over huh. Going to war eventually, that wasn't something that he wanted to hear. But here he was listening to a chiss that said so, that they eventually would go to war. On top of that most likely against the Galactic Alliance, it made his heart feel heavy to know that. Heavier then he thought that it would, but it wasn't because that they was going to war against the Alliance most likely. It was because of what he had begun to feel for Ann, it was because that she would also go to war if the Chiss Ascendancy did. He just nodded in response when she asked him if he understood. ”Yeah, it is.” he murmured without thinking about it when she mentioned the ship being a experimental craft.

When she mentioned the word easy, Dri'ken started to chuckle as he closed his eyes, nothing is ever easy. He didn't think so, he couldn't think of it as easy. As she continued to speak about Ann he just stood there leaning against the wall with his eyes closed and listened, there was so much more to Ann then met the eye. Then when she mentioned the words.”kill herself,” He opened his eyes and his pupils contracted as he looked towards Erena. She would be able to tell that if someone tried to hurt or capture Ann, he would kill them.
