Empyreal perdition! After reports of unrest on the northern side of a machine plant on Gree and discrepant tidings from Imperial Intelligence, Sith Marauder Ra's al-Hague and General Valo Ixrinnahn (@Gian Greydragon) are sent to investigate and confront bioorganic lightsaber-wielding machines in the hopes of uncovering potential benefits for the imperial war effort and gain the favors of the Gree.
The rumours were what had directed the Sith Empire's attention to the machine plant in the first place. Ra's al-Hague had tried projecting her consciousness inside the building, but she couldn't sense anything. While it was true that her senses were not as acute as they once had been, you would have thought that beings capable of wielding lightsabers would have appeared on her internal radars, a trace of some sort. Empty shells, that is what they were. No, not quite empty. Something in between material and incorporeal. The Sith Marauder had never been so intrigued by "droids" before...
As she heard the general approaching, she turned her interest to him. She had never had the chance to work with him before. He should be honored. It was not everyday that the men of the Imperial Legion had the opportunity to work alongside a Sith, even soldiers as decorated as he was.
"General, are we ready to proceed with our mission?" she asked through their communication channel. The necessary breathing mask would make it a little more difficult to communicate than she would have preferred, but, as she intended the mission to be over rather quickly, it would only be a minor inconvenience. "Are your men ready for the extraction once we have secured the "package"?"
