ATTN: Battle Freeze Lifted

Per my post yesterday in the previous thread about this, the battle freeze has now been lifted. The faction leaders were given 24 hours notice of this. As I told them, they're expected to continue making whatever changes they've not yet completed even after the freeze is lifted, but anything not yet approved by the admin(s) who worked with them will not be allowed for use until it's approved.

Please be aware that the independent faction creation freeze is being treated independently of the battle freeze and is still in effect at this time.

Thank you for patience during the entirety of the review. It is very much appreciated, and I hope that, despite how long it took, the results of the freeze will lead to a better RPing experience for the entire site.
