THE STORY​

The people of Konstallen, the Sedonans, are used to war. Thousands of years ago, during the time of the Old Republic, they were annoyed and harassed by an evil dictator named Steiner. Though he was ultimately defeated by the combined efforts of CARD, the Galactic Republic, and the Jedi Order, his legacy of terror lived on in the hearts and minds of the Sedonans. Most were imbued with a deep-seated hatred of dictatorship and a love of liberty and freedom - other, less savory sorts saw the power he wielded at his height, and began to lust for that same power.

One such Sedonan, Field Marshall Jorge Kunsan, decided that Commandant Steiner had the right idea. That the people could not rule themselves; that they needed strict guidance and oversight to function as a society. He took it upon himself to bring law and order to his people, and to purge the weak and the sickly from the Sedonan people.

He moved quietly at first; he built up supporters and bases of operation, secured allies, and began to influence the people themselves. Once he had his power base secured, he struck; roughly two months ago, he launched a blitzkrieg campaign against the government of Konstallen. Though valiant and determined, the Konstallen Self Defense Force was unprepared to deal with a foe from within, and they were overwhelmed and wholly destroyed within a few short weeks of fighting.

With space, air, and ground superiority, Kunsan moved next to secure the populace. He marched on the capital city and has occupied it with his armies, though unlike Steiner, the people didn't just roll over and accept occupation this time. He's met bitter resistance at every turn, and has thus far only been able to occupy the high-end urban sprawl on the uppermost level of the city. This has bought the remnants of the Konstallen Military enough time to get a messenger drone off to the rest of the galaxy - a call for help, to rid the world of Kunsan before he can wreak havoc on Erwartung and the surrounding areas.
