Average approval time

I was just wonder what the average time to get a character approved is? Please forgive the impatience, but as I understand it, one cannot apply for training until after they get approval for joining the Empire.

It varies. It generally depends on if a FL or AFL notices the application. If it seems like it's taking a while, just VM a FL or AFL.

I went ahead and approved him.
