“In strode a tall, slender, young woman with smooth blemish less skin like charcoal. A lovely Twi’Lek of breath taking beauty with deep olive eyes granted him a small lop sided smile and spoke with the soft, husky voice of delivered smoothness.

“I am BelleBlair.” She said, her muzzled Lekku lightly shuddering in their restraints.

She wore atop her dignified head a black cap; Its belted holds dangling and red lensed goggles peaking The horned head, which rose at two stiff but flexi points.

BelleBlair’s thick lashes kissed her skin as she shut her eyes momentarily in thought, allowing her lips a small twitch of silent -one noted laughter.

Her Brain tails dangled behind her with black sleeved ends, pointed decoratively like arrow heads.

“The Twi’leks call me human; the human’s call me Twi’lek. The rich say I am a Slave, the poor call me wealthy…” she paused, turning to face her companion.

“I have been all those things…But I have always and forever will have been BelleBlair.”

When around her family she often acts uncharacteristically submissive, unable to break the habits she picked up while belonging to them as property- despite they’re acceptance.

SKILLS:

Great with bartering and social interactions, Lithe and calculating in conflict, using her size and surroundings to her advantage amongst other things. A small silver land speeder, lovingly dubbed “Ammo.”

Sentry:

Augustine, A human man charged with BelleBlair's protection is her constant travel companion. The two were formerly introduced after the twi'lek was newly elected senator and have since shared a relationship built solely on professionalism.

A short man with a constant look of distaste and steadfast opinions he treats his charge with quiet companionship only speaking when driven by his tight morals and bloodthirsty ideals on justice (much to the senator’s dismay). Socially awkward and brutish in combat he has a military history….

PERSONALITY:
BellBlair is favored amongst children for her serene, welcoming nature (motherly and patient). Her years of servitude have left her molded for obedience to superiors (she takes order’s well unless she questions their ethics) but her freedom has left her with a distaste for oppression of any kind.
She is cool headed and logical with supreme control over her emotions, BellBlair is a trusting woman and merciful on most accounts (she does not, however; take treachery well)
She enjoys the company of humorous people (she likes to laugh and be entertained) who play the court jester for her amusement. She is loyal and sincere.

HISTORY:

BelleBlair (Born: Belleb’lair and later given the name by repeated mispronunciation from her human parents) Was the daughter of a prominent Lethan of Ryloth. Later Placed into slavery. She was raised by humans, loosing touch with her culture and adopting theirs accordingly. Residing in Coruscant after her freedom was deemed, she lived a stable existence finding her place amongst the galaxy, abhorring its underworld and seeking to somehow contribute to its salvation-

At age 36 she was elected senator of coruscant and had the means and determination to do so.

Early Life:

“I remember “Nerra“, It was the first word I traded for “brother” when I met mine…

I remember Obyrru, for I said it many times; I remember “Hirani”, Its what the traders called me …

But most of all I remember “Ryma”. Yes. I will never forget that word, for as long as I live.”

-BelleBlair, speaking about the little Twi’leki she recalls.

BellBlair was a serious child. She was made to act like an adult all of her early years; her mother was a kind woman but habitually cold.

The two lived a quiet life together for seven years before her parent was taken.

Her mother was a proud woman of high standing and grace, a true lady with a manner of great decency. Her stature made her fall only harder. Shamed and abandoned by her peers she was stripped of her title and all political involvement. Sought out and sold out by previous enemies and competitors- She was a figure of interest in the slave trade.

The Lethan strove to keep her dignity about her as her possessions were seized and she joined their ranks. The descent from grace drove her into an emotional breakdown; much to her purchaser’s delight.

As the traders tore her from her child and home she broke free only once,

Forcefully taking a hold of her only daughter’s shoulders and pulling her close, she whispered:

“Do not forget me. I will come back for you. I will find you- do not forget me.”

As the dealer’s wrenched her away she resisted no more and resigned herself to an unknown destination . She left dignified and full of sorrow at the uncertainty of her only daughter’s fate.

Servitude:

Mrs. Anjule: “ Honestly darling she’s much cuter then that awful man you nearly bought- Come here Honey, sit with me.(puts child on her lap, squeezing her affectionately)”

Mr. Anjule: “Love, that’s probably not best….She’s hardly used to you.”

Mrs. Anjule: “Well she had better get used to me then.”

-Mr. and Mrs. Anjule after their acquisition of Young Belleblair on the ride home.

BelleBlair was later taken in as a young servant to a wealthy family, The Anjules, whom had two sons close to her age.

The couple purchased her from a trader when Mrs. Anjule gushed over the young girl’s beauty and expressed a kindly interest in her sorrowful face. The lady Anjule was a somewhat pushy woman with sleek hair and the deep set eyes like that of bird of prey; her husband was a quiet weapon’s enthusiast of great tenacity and protectiveness of the women in his life.

Though originally seeking to purchase an adult, rather then a child, Mr. Anjule was quickly swayed by his wife’ s pleas, considering the Twi'lek girl a gift much like a pet.

The prosperous humans treated her kindheartedly and came to regard her with filial affection, doting on her as if she were their own; save for her task and duties around the household. BelleBlair was a beloved ward and well taken care of, often times included with the couple’s children Mullen and Esteban on outings, whom BelleBlair grew fond of and bonded with as if they were her own brothers.

She tended to the chores and orders of the family with obedience and was particularly loved by the lady of the house who had yet to have a daughter of her own.

As BellBlair came of age her foster family enlisted her generously in education along side the Anjule brothers. She was mocked and labeled their plaything by her peers for taking menial orders from the pair in class.

Fellow Twi'leks did not associate themselves with her slave title and few others came to call her friend in the public eye.

When she became a young woman (of beauty and poise like her mother) The family she had grown to know announced they would be moving else where, leaving the Twi'lek behind. She would have her freedom, the household and a handsome sum along with their blessing. The day before their departure BellBlair Anjule was given a final task. She was to go to the market and get the family basic supplies they needed for their journey-a simple chore, One she had preformed many times previously.

The market was a crowded, loud, place and within its boisterous mobs she met an elderly woman. Taking the decrepit hag for a beggar she ignored the lady’s pleas, struggling to shoo her off. The poor pile of rags would not relent, speaking only in hurried Twi'leki-
BelleBlair’s forgotten native language (save for a few basic words).

The persistence of the old beggar began to ware away at BelleBlair’s already cracked composure and as she continued to plead, her desperation peaked to harassment. The elderly Twi'lek seized the forearm of the younger, hysterically beseeching , shaking and pulling, prodding and hanging onto BelleBlair’s body with urgency.

“ ‘Off of me old woman!” BelleBlair snarled.

She wrenched away her body and cruelly assaulted the senior with the blunt force of her palm.

“Away from me~! There is nothing for you!“ she shouted furiously.

“I have nothing for you!”

The small old lady stared, her hand on her red stinging cheek as tears began to fall from her eyes.

She bowed her head weakly and disappeared into the crowd.

Her mother had kept her promise, BelleBlair had just failed to keep her end of the deal.

The two never again met. The guilt left her eternally regretful as she watched the

familiar back limp once again, where she could not follow.

Brothers:

Kimber : “..Auntie Blair is different through, she’s gray.”

Feina : “What do you mean?”

Kimber : “She’s different; from dad I mean.”

Feina : “Of course she is! She’s a girl, duh!”

- Esteban Anjule’s Young daughters, Kimber and Feina.

While Esteban went on to marry and father two daughters ( now of age enough to question why their aunt is a Twi‘lek and their father a Human),

Mullen became a monster before her was even a man.

On one occasion in their youth an older gentlemen offered to buy their new sister, to which the boy agreed, asking for a high price. Esteban interjected and the boys fought, escalating into a physical brawl before their father arrived to punish them both. It was the start of many events that left the family vigilant towards their elder son when the Twi’lek was concerned.

Esteban was the gentler of the two boys, whom the girl quickly formed a strong bond with. Mullen was far more aggressive and took advantage of his “ownership” of her to embarrass and degrade BelleBlair as a child, forming a wall and rivalry with his sibling for his cruel behavior.

Though as the children grew to young adults his disposition shifted. Mullen took a liking to Belleblair that edged on inappropriate.

He currently roams Lower Coruscant selling death sticks and wracking up debt.

Concerned for her brother’s well being for her family’s sake and putting their past aside; his former servant has comes to his aid several times.

None of which has ever brought about a change in his destructive behavior.

Esteban and She remain close.

The Living Illusion

“It was both a great comfort and grievance men like themselves existed.
They had the brutal arts and abilities to tear lives asunder and punish whom they saw fit.
Like animals in humanoid skin they sought bloodshed. However; One can only walk amongst monster so long before they get their scent…
And if a wolf must remain amongst the sheep- or so BelleBlair thought as Kimber’s parents arrived and took her in their arms with tears streaming their faces-
…Why not have it be a cannibal?”

-BelleBlair’s thoughts on bounty hunters

When BelleBlair was a young woman of 21, Her eldest niece Kimber was abducted while in her care. Taken by a Balosar seeking a ransom in exchange for her troublesome brother Mullen, BelleBlair dove head first into the deepest pit of the underworld and hit its core; But she was not alone. Hiring the bounty hunter Ares Varga to aid her in the rescue and Later joined by Shawn Mac’ Neal, the three sought Kimber but found much more then they’d anticipated.

This was the first indirect encounter both the guild and The Twi’lek herself had with a man called “Kartel”, a man who would continue to effect their lives for years to come.

After battling their way through a death stick manufacturing corporation- disguised as a resort in lower Coruscant, Her niece was recovered.

Ares was nearly killed in the process- a failed attempt at his life occurred when an unknown Togruta wearing spectacles over strange, diseased eyes sniped him from an overlooking building.

When the bounty hunter was well, BelleBlair pledged her loyalty to he and his young associate (Shawn), vowing to do whatever was in her power to pay them back for Kimber’s safe return.

She had a new respect for bounty hunters and a dark knowledge of what lurked below her city’s surface.

An Accident Waiting To Happen

“ "Fish-man, I still taste the blood in my mouth from when you dropped me." He said sternly, facing into the black eyes of his questionable comrade.

"You better pay for the 'drink' to kill my pain and sterilize the wound. And the next, instead of saying 'I'm sorry'. Then anything after is on me." He pulled out the credits he got from the dead out of his pocket, looked up at Caleb, and smirked.”

-Jacton, reconciling after a brawl with Caleb Kansi.

When Mullen Anjule was taken by Hutts on Ord Vaxal his younger sister came to his call.

The ship on which she was traveling however; crashed in the planet’s frozen tundra, leaving few survivors save for herself.

It was then she met nautolan mercenary, Caleb Kansi who she was instantly taken with. Charmed by his strength and kind smile, She owed him her life and set out on a journey to the planet’s capital at his side. The pair was joined by a Young Kiffar- a Stow away on their transport named Jacton Sibos. It was a rocky start. Caleb a Jac clashed many times- nearly ending in bloodshed- even the passive twi’lek butted heads with the cocky kiffar but It only served to strengthen their friendship by the trips end.

With both the men’s aid BelleBlair managed to retrieve her brother -along with his beloved ship. Though never pursing a relationship with the mercenary, BelleBlair thought of him often and held him in the highest regard, the very mention of his name warming her heart and filling her stomach with butterflies.

Bad Eyes

“ “You Twi’leks have the most delicious smell about you.” She said.

Her voice was soft and angelic, it nearly brought tears to the twi’lek’s eyes.

“like blood and guts.” “

-Bad eyes.

BelleBlair hadn’t seen the last of the Togruta who’d nearly killed Ares. She was former Slave (known as “hides her eyes” as a child) turned slaver known as “Bad Eyes” for her eerie glossy eyes (resembling that of a kaminoan’s) that were fully jet black with cataracts clustered in a circular clouding around the pupil.

Bad Eyes ran an underground fight ring that used twi’lek slaves as its main attraction, at its head - once again- was the crime lord “Kartel” whom the Togruta worked for and shared an adult relationship with on occasion.

Bad eyes was a fiend who sought to humiliate and mutilate the slaves in her care. She was most noted (Eyes aside) for having a voice so beautiful it brought tears to the eyes of listeners- she commonly granted concerts to her victims as they passed.

As a child she witness her father’s death and even aided him in his hanging by anchoring his legs. Taken into the slave trade shortly after she made use of her uncanny ability to read Lekku, informing captors of escape plans her fellow slaves made. She was quickly favored by traders and utilized as a she wolf, gaining the slave’s and escapees trust before reeling them in for her masters.

When her freedom was granted the Togruta took up work as a body guard.- to a child no less. Hired by a wealthy family she was to care for their constantly ailing son. Admittedly by the red woman herself, she felt “affection” towards something real for the first time- the emotion was short lived. With the boys death Bad Eyes fell back in to old habits.
Soon after she was hired by a Clawdite with an ever changing face who roamed Coruscant’s underworld like a king- Kartel.

She married fellow Togruta “Ban” and mothered three children from him at age 28. After her fourth child’s death upon delivery Bad Eye’s resentment towards her offspring took a violent turn. Dismantling her family by her own hands, her husband sought to put his former lover behind bars for her admitted (and graphically disturbing) murder of their children.

Bad Eyes was never convicted.

When The Twi’lek and Togruta met for the third time, BelleBlair was posing as a slave to aid her bounty hunter companions in gaining entry into the illegal ring. Getting more deeply involved then she’d anticipated, The mock slave was forced to fight her own kind before being rescued by the hunters. In the battle she took the life of a Lethan while defending herself- the woman’s resemblance to her mother left her haunted.

Chasing Shadows:

With the Death of Bad eyes at the hands of Ares, Kartel escaped. The Clawdite would continue to plague the Bounty hunter’s guild and evade their detection for years to come. BelleBlair pursued a relationship with Shawn Mac’ Neal and the two were romantically involved for several years.

The couple separated on a somber note. BelleBlair was like her mother in more ways then she was aware, distant and insecure she drove the human away with her emotional turmoil and inability to accept his heart wholly.

Thought the former couple still associate with one another- they are not involved as they used to be.

Purpose Found In Politics

After witnessing the Taung assault on Corellia (on a very personal level) BelleBlair returned to her original interest in politics, something she studied as a girl.

While assisting her elder brother (as in most cases prompting her misadventures) in filing a case on his missing ship at Csec, the two encountered the Taung Terrorist (disguised as Twi’lek males)in person, just as the city’s west side was bombed. Unbeknownst to the siblings, the next attack had been plotted on the very ground they stood upon and as Mullen exchanged harsh words with the undercover warrior’s his sister noted the destruction with dread.

The Taung silenced the disrespectful human with their fist and the would have faced an untimely end if not for the aid of an unexpected armor clad Ally who called they sector home.

A iron protector, tech revolutionary called Kitaara Larellan.

Former Arc corporation head man, Armored wanderer and owner of several suites rivaling weapons of more-then-modern warfare.

Larellan confronted the terrorist head on, dropping from the sky like a blaster bound meteorite as he sought to defend the planet he was bore from before the Taung leader let his finger slip on the next detonator.

He wasn’t the only one taking the city’s guardianship into his own hands…An individual called Ayda and BelleBlair’s former bounty hunting lover, Shawn Mac’ Neal came to aid of the planet, but there was little the trio could accomplish when enemy reinforcements descended from the sky line: A Taung fleet.

Fleeing with a hysterical Belleblair as a crippled Mullen was left in the dust , Shawn left the planet for safety, Ayda later taking the same course, with Mullen over his shoulder.

After her narrow escape Belleblair immersed herself back in politics- winning a seat in the galactic senate over greats odds.

She accepted the vote with great pride and received her seat with a determination to do what was right for her beloved Coruscant- taking action against its wretched under city she knew all too well.
