Physical Features:

• Head/Face: Despite his relative youth, anyone who saw Braedon's face directly could be forgiven for thinking that he is easily in his 50's if not even older. His face has greyed and become heavily wrinkled as a result of what is easily the most direct result of the man's dark side corruption. Aside from that, Braedon has a somewhat ordinary face with dark brown hair and eyes. His hair is mostly cut short, aside from where it grows down to the back of the man's neck. As well as this, Braedon has a mustache and a small beard, which are both also dark brown.
• Body: At 6'5", Braedon almost invariably looks down at whoever it is that he meets. He is rather heavily built as well, with his muscle mass being present but not overly conspicuous. Portions of his body have greyed and winkled much like the man's face. However, this is far more limited than one might expect, being limited to only small patches on his chest and legs.
• Notable Features: The man's body is almost entirely covered in a patchwork of scars and other signs of previous injuries. From scratch-marks to burn scars to jagged blade wounds, it would be clear at a glance to anyone that saw the man that he has spent much of his life in battle, or simply incredibly brutal training.

Clothing/Accessories: While Braedon could theoretically be found in most any clothing, depending on the occasion, he does not like to wear anything that he feels he would not be able to fight easily in. Most often he will be found in a black leather tunic with long black pants, over which he wears an undistinguished travelers robe

Personality: Braedon is, above all else, a highly disciplined individual. He is the kind of person who will always know why he is doing what he is doing, and he will always keep whatever goal he may have in mind whenever he acts.

Even with all of this in mind, however, Braedon is a good man. He will always try and take the course of action least likely to lead to the suffering of others, and is often hesitant to strike a blow against even those that he knows are his enemies. He will, more often than not, only fight in self defense, and dislikes aggressive action in general.

As much as he cares for others, however, Braedon finds it quite difficult to establish personal connections with those he knows. He will act remarkably formally with most people he interacts with, and rarely gives out much (if any) personal information about himself. This stems from a fear of being betrayed, as most of Braedon's hardships can be traced back to someone he trusted proving to not deserve such faith.

Attributes​

Strength: 7/10. As befits a man of Braedon's size, his strength is near peak levels. He is capable of overpowering most anyone except for those who have made physical strength the sole or near-sole focus of their own training.
Stamina: 8/10. The primary focus of Braedon's training, the man has developed his body so as to be able to perform strenuous activity to the point that most others would be entirely exhausted. In battle, Braedon's stamina is easily the skill that is most likely to give him an advantage against his foes.
Dexterity: 5/10. As would be required by any aspiring soldier, Braedon is far from slow. While perhaps not as agile as those who focus their training around such a field, the man finds himself with enough speed to satisfy the majority of his needs, if perhaps not all of them.
Intellect: 4/10. Despite his reliance on organization and planning ahead, Braedon is largely unable to develop much in the way of effective strategies, and is generally far from the brightest spark in the average room.
Instinct: 7/10. On the other hand, the man's organized mind has allowed him to develop an impressive instinct that he is more than happy to trust in most situations.
Charisma: 3/10. Far from skilled in social situations, Braedon's charisma leaves much to be desired, and he would be the first to admit that he is far from an effective leader of men.
Willpower: 7/10. With the discipline that Braedon has instilled in himself, he has become able to resist all but the most powerful of mind tricks torture attempts that may be used against him.
Perception: 7/10. Perhaps part of the reason behind Braedon's impressive combat instinct, he is able to recognize threats and other details at a glance, and his perceptive abilities leave little to be desired.

Skills​

Hand to Hand Combat: 7/10. An avid brawler, Braedon is equally capable of soaking up his opponents blows as he is of brutally ending a fight with his own attacks.
Ranged Combat: 5/10. During his time as a blade for hire, Braedon was able to train himself in the use of the blaster. He is as skilled one as most, and better than some.
Slicing: 1/10. Having never learned the art of slicing, Braedon is entirely incapable of hacking into protected security systems.
Piloting: 3/10. His situation as an outcast in hiding has forced Braedon to learn basic piloting skills over the last half decade.
Medical Expertise: 3/10. Braedon is able to perform some basic first aid, as well as competently diagnose the severity of any injuries that he may have sustained.

Lightsaber Combat
Shii-Cho: 7/10. Like most trained in Lightsaber combat, Braedon received a solid grounding in the first form of Lightsaber combat. Unlike most, however, Braedon continued to hone his skill in the form, finding the unpredictability displayed by an adept well suited to his instinct. In combat, Braedon will generally switch to Shii-Cho once he has exhausted his opponent, and use it to close out the battle.
Soresu: 8/10. Braedon's primary Lightsaber form, Braedon has practiced it to a point of near perfection. While there is still room improvement, such a fact would be hard to discern at a glance. In combat, Soresu is generally Braedon's opening form, and he uses it to tire his opponent out before he takes the offensive with Shii-Cho.

Force Abilities
Acrobatics: 7/10, Braedon is capable of using the Force to enhance his reaction time and the speed of his parry's, which he uses in conjunction with his Soresu in order to improve his defensive capabilities. He in almost entirely unable to use the Force to enhance his jumping prowess, however.
Energy Manipulation: 5/10. Braedon is capable of rudimentary Energy Manipulation, which he uses to conjure light of severe intensity. He is also capable of manifesting Lightning to a rudimentary degree as well, though this is an ability he refuses to use except under the most severe of circumstances.
Telekinesis: 8/10. The field of study into which Braedon has delved the most, he is able to perform significant telekinetic feats, such as the levitation of large and heavy objects, including people, and the fine control over smaller objects, such as his lightsaber. He is able to produce small condensed balls of energy, but this is a field in which he will need to work on more in order to turn it into a combat ready technique.
Healing: 3/10. The shame of his Dark-side corruption has led to Healing being the field of study that Braedon has devoted himself to most recently. However, at this time he is unable to do more than basic self healing, and even then he can only do so with the help of a trance.
Status Effects: 4/10. Braedon mostly uses this field in order to structure his mind more effectively, mostly through the use of a trance. However, he is also able to boost his own moral in the midst of battle to a limited degree.
Trances: 6/10. Braedon mostly uses trances in order to heal himself or organize his mind through the use of status effects. He is also, however, able to boost all of his powers to a limited degree through the use of a trance.
Sense: 2/10. Braedon has mostly neglected the field of sense, and thus only benefits from the heightened senses known to most force users.
Mental Manipulation: 1/10. The art of mental manipulation is one that Braedon has almost entirely neglected, and so he is unable to perform even the most basic of mind tricks.

Gear​

• Lamentation: The ancestral lightsaber of the Vallen family, Lamentation was left to Braedon after his family fled from Raxus. Now he uses at as his sole offensive weapon, and sees it as a representation of his aims and goals.
• A Sith Lightsaber from Braedon's time on Korriban. Used only as a last resort.
• One standard vibroblade, currently Braedon's primary weapon.
• One B-8R Blaster pistol, along with 2 high-capacity power packs for it.
• A Cortosis Weave Vambrace is strapped to his left arm.
• A Durasteel Face-Plate, capable of taking a single blaster shot before breaking, or a glancing blow from a heavy rifle, vibroblade, or lightsaber.
• A Holocron is kept on his person at all times. It contains various teachings recorded by Braedon's father, Cin Vallen.
• 1 Comlink.
• 1 Translator, good for most known languages in the Galaxy.
• Braedon owns a custom made tunic that he wears when going into a dangerous situation. It was been specially modified with armourweave and nanoweave and is capable of taking a single blaster bolt, or a glancing strike from a heavy rifle, to any given area. It is also resistant to melee weapons, though vibroweapons and lightsabers are capable of piercing it. At the same time, the tunic is light enough not to impede Braedon's maneuverability. Finally, the tunic is specially desinged to allow Braedon to conceal his two lightsabers.

History​

Born to wealth on the planet Raxus, Braedon's parents Cin and Ciri Vallen were both well grounded on the planet, with ties to the point that they were hesitant to flee despite their lack of support for the Sith Brotherhood. Instead they maintained nominal support of the Brotherhood, while using their wealth in order to secretly undermine their rulers. The couple made their fortune through the ownership of sizable amounts of fertile farmland, which they used to maintain an extensive manor from which their actions could be hidden from view.

Cin himself was descended from a Jedi several generations back who left the order as a result of philosophical differences. Ever since then the Vallen family maintained a tradition of training their children in the ways of the Force, maintaining nothing but the most strict defense from the temptation of the dark side in the process. From the day that Braedon was found to be force sensitive, he was trained behind the walls of the Vallen estate, brutally and secretly trained in the hope that he might one day be able to aid in the efforts against the Sith. Braedon's parents kept his training a secret from even their younger son Rycus, just as Rycus' own fate was left hidden from Braedon.

Unfortunately, Braedon himself was not so cautious. When he was 9 years old, he used his blossoming Force powers in order to help a friend fight off a wild dog when they were together. As grateful as the friend had been for the Thrysian's assistance, it was not long after his parents heard the news that a Sith in the area, Lord Ravana, came to take Braedon away from his family. The Vallen children waited for an hour outside the door to their parents' office, as Cin and Ciri spoke to the Sith Lord. When he finally emerged, Cin told Braedon that he was to go to Korriban with his new teacher, while Ciri moved to take Rycus away from the unfolding scene.

From then on, Braedon spent his days using what skill he had simply to survive on Korriban, all the while struggling to not give in to his strong feelings of anger and betrayal. Lord Ravana took an interest in the boy's training, hoping to mold him into a capable apprentice and enforcer. He would tell the young Force User stories about how his family betrayed him and allowed the Sith to take him away from them, all in the interests in forcing the child to give into his hatred.

It was during these years that Braedon first met a young slave named Lucerys. A young man born to slavery, Lucerys was assigned as Braedon's "disposable" pilot when he was first sent to do his Lord's bidding away from Korriban. Lucerys, alongside a similarly expendable Zabrak engineer named Tyzen, crewed

Lord Ravana had become aware of his students plan, however, and saw it as an opportunity to turn Braedon to the dark side of the force. He knew that Braedon had an exceedingly close relationship with Lucaerys, and when he heard that the two were finally ready to put their plan in action, ordered a ship to be ready to take him to Raxus.

The escape went off without a hitch, and the two accomplices managed to make their way to Braedon's home planet. When they arrived, however, they realized that Braedon's master had already arrived. Lucaerys, the only person Braedon had considered a friend in the last 8 years of his life, was brutally killed by the Sith, and was then challenged to take his rage out on Ravana himself.

The two Force Users battled for the rest of the day, with Braedon finally losing control of himself in the process. While Ravana initially rejoiced in his success, he soon realized that his own student had become too much for him to handle. Braedon's former master was eventually defeated, before being killed slowly and painfully as a result of his absolute rage.

Braedon made his way to his families estate, only to find that they had finally left after realizing firsthand how precarious their situation was. Cin had decided to leave Lamentation, the lightsaber that had once belonged to the Vallen Jedi all those years ago, as well as a holocron imprinted with his teachings to his eldest son. It was only when Braedon attempted to open the holocron, and was denied access by the image of his own father, that he realized how close to the Dark side that he had come.

Consumed with guilt over his mistakes, the young man spent the next decade making his way throughout the galaxy, trying to make up for how he gave into his rage on Raxus. He began practicing the art of Healing in an attempt to repair the scars that the Dark side corruption had left on him, and slowly but surely began to open up more and more of the holocrons secrets.

Now, the holocron has finally seen fit to entrust Braedon with a new purpose, as the image of his father instructed him to deliver the holocron to the jedi order, and offer his services in battling the Sith Brotherhood.

Though the Head of the family was innocent, his heir turned out to have been plotting a military takeover of the planet. Maksem killed the heir, and the Jedi succeeded in their mission.

Not long after first being made aware of the Jedi Temple on Ilum, Braedon takes part in the response to a Death Watch Raid of the Holy World. Despite having his ship shot down by the Mandalorian Sam Kryze, Braedon escaped without harm.

Present at a party under attack by the GORGONs, Braedon faces off against Barr Wren, the Moff of Raxus. Though Braedon survived the battle, he was unable to prevent the murder of many guests at the party and was forced to flee from the battle.

The Last Dance: In Progress
In lieu of a list, the purpose of this part of the changelog is to explain Braedon's current situation. Since I've missed out on the time skip I've obviously also missed out on a lot of stuff. With the end of the timeline as close as it is, I have little to no intention of trying to revamp Braedon fully into the new current time (nor do I have the drive or time needed at the moment). I do, however, want to take him out for a last little spin before he's retired, hence this update.

An abridged version of the changes that I would otherwise have fleshed out will thus be provided here. Basic things like age, gear, and stats have been editted in the profile itself.

In the aftermath of the Battle of Coruscant (at which Braedon was present) and the destruction of the Jedi on Tython, Braedon grew disillusioned with the Jedi's hopes against the new Sith Empire and fled to Hutt Space in order to avoid the war that had consumed all hope that he had had for a future free from the Sith. For the next half decade, the man would keep himself out of both sight and mind. In order to get by, he acted as a small time blade for hire for anyone willing to pay him a fair due. He put away his lightsabers, instead using an unremarkable vibroblade and a blaster (the use of which he greatly improved over the period) in order to remain hidden. This is the state that he remains in at the current time.
