Cecilia, under the right circumstances, is a great short term planner, able to improvise and plan under pressure. She is also very knowledgeable on a variety of subjects, something that she tends to hide.
WEAKNESSES:
She doesn’t really think things through and is plagued with a self doubt that prevents her from voicing half the ideas she have. She is very indecisive as well, preferring others to make them for her so she’s more of a follower then a leader though she will step up when truly necessary. Is also quite careless, impulsive, and more are noted in her personality.

PERSONALITY:
She has two faces she most readily shows in life, the cold face she shows to strangers and the warm face she shows to those she truly trusts. To most people, she is detached, coldly polite, shy, and honestly, a bit timid. To the few she trusts, she is quirky, childish, loud, and kind with a slightly macabre sense of humor. She is quite adventurous and open to new things. She is very curious, asking questions whenever possible, and is often found reading up various subjects. She can be quite absentminded and oblivious, with a tendency to procrastinate, something that constantly vexes those around her. She is bad at reading emotions and judging stopping points, making her a bit overwhelming at times. She only shows her true personality once she feels comfortable and at ease which doesn’t take very long in most cases.
Despite her childish persona, she isn't as naive as she may seem. She, like her friend is easily bored and as well, constantly needing some form of entertainment or experience, though she’s easily amused so that helps. That combined with a slight disregard for most rules are a disregard for consequences made her a bit of a daredevil. She knows how to lie well, something that has kept her out of trouble. She is perfectly fine with decieving people as long as no one get's too hurt.
Inside her, is a well of darker emotions as well… mainly anger. She tends deals with stress, darker emotions, and bad experiences by storing it inside and usually dulling or just forgetting the memory, aka, she avoids it. After a while, this builds up, she gets more irritable, going into periods of explosive anger which disappear as fast as they appear. Then after a even longer period, this is all released in an explosion of tears and emotion that can last as long as an hour… and then the cycle begins anew.
BIOGRAPHY: (I’ll do something more elaborate later, aka, I’ll write it in first person.)
Cecilia was born on and raised on one of the more hospitable planets in the outer rim. Her parents separated when she was five. She would daydream and do whatever she could to avoid the negative emotions that came with this event. Her father was not very emotionally supportive either, putting her down without much thought, giving her a low self confidence. These two factors have probably shaped her personality the most. Other then that, she had a pretty standard childhood, filled with its own ups and downs. Her best friend was Leon Taluka, they met when she was six and they’ve been inseparable ever since despite his less then savory reputation. Her village didn’t like people who were too… different. But they were best friends and they managed to keep that friendship a secret from her parents. She understands what he is and that he might one day stab her in the back, and she accepts that so until that day, they are friends.
Cecilia's force sensitivity has always manifested as stated earlier, in the precognitive. She was usually quite “lucky” in games of chance as she could sense through the force what to do though this never really extended to other areas of her life. She would also occasionally have dreams that would later come true…. Before she was captured by the Bogans, she actually dreamed of it and tried to warn others though the adults passed it off as nonsense. Leon listened and they attempted to prepare for the attack, but what could two children do? In the end, Cecilia went with them willingly to hopefully ensure her own family’s safety… but she doesn’t know for sure whether the Bogan kept their word.
