Name: Cessair Danger Darkrose
Faction: Galactic Alliance
Rank: Rebel*
Species: Pantoran
Age: 21
Gender: Male
Force Sensitive: Yes

Appearance:

Cessair is a well put together young man, his white hair always well groomed and stylish. His face is so far free of any scars, markings or tattoos. His eyes like many of his species are yellow and contrast well with his blue skin. A man of culture he tends to dress preppy, favoring long sleeve polos with white collars and cuffs with simplistic designs and with colors that naturally mesh well with his skin color. He also own a few suits and tuxes for special occasions but out and about he wears khakis or jeans depending on the amount of physical labor he predicts he will be doing that day. His shoes are always of some leather or another and he’s very particular about maintaining them in pristine condition, though difficult it may be in the Outer Rim. He’s tall and lean, standing at just about 5’8” and weighing no more than 160 he isn’t out of shape but the long sleeves definitely hide his lack of definition.

Personality:

Cessair is a curious person by nature. Because of his upbringing he is very optimistic in his world views and dreams of being the hero of his own story, much like the idyllic champions he’s read about. He loves to read all kinds of literature and will fawn over physical paper books if he comes across them, but appreciates the modern versions almost as much. He is very charismatic as a good storyteller and is always willing to hear about the life experiences of others as they are all so different from his own. Thanks to the novels of his youth he also has a fantastical idea of what love is and has grown into a hopeless romantic in his formative years. He also is especially sympathetic to non-humans and desperately wants to better their image in the galaxy.

Cessair is also very naive, with little knowledge of the underworld or street smarts in general, he is easily conned by the more unscrupulous of the galaxy. His pride in his attire also makes it very hard for him to blend into most crowds, it also means he comes with more baggage than most. His attachment to his clothing also makes him less of a risk taker, fearing the damage that might come to him. Because of the novels he’s read, he also has a very black and white view of morality and generally assumes those of unsavory complexions to be inherently evil and those of beautiful features to be good, this has also led to a heavy reliance on his looks and charm to get him through his tribulations. He has also seen almost zero combat so gruesome injuries would probably disturb him heavily. As a young man just truly striking it out on his own he can also be very eager sometimes to his detriment.

Biography:

Born on Coruscant, Cessair was the illegitimate child of Oviryn Navist, a high class human politician with hopes of becoming an acolyte in the Imperial Republica. The result of a fling with a Pantoran who worked as an exotic dancer, young Cessair was left at Orivyn’s residence to be cared for as his mother knew he’d have a better life with his father than with her, and a child would certainly hurt her reputation with her clientele. Despite not wanting to keep the child, Orivyn lacked the resources to ensure word wouldn’t get out if he gave the child up for adoption and instead kept him, albeit reluctantly. There was no love for a young Cessair, who had not even a surname as Orivyn forbade him from using the Navist name as his own. Instead he was raised by the maid, and even then any actual guidance was sparing. In place of parenting were his own investigations on the HoloNet. There he taught himself how to better fit into the crowd his father associated with. He learned how to dress, how to speak like the social elite and how to have meaningful conversations. As he grew older he also found a love in literature and began to fantasize over having adventures like those of the heroes he read about. Fighting for a noble cause, defeating evil where it seeds, and finding a fair maiden to love until happily ever after. At age fourteen he gathered enough of his own money to purchase a physical book. It was his favorite of his favorite series The Astonishing Tales of Dinadan Darkrose: The Crystal Palace. It became his most prized possession and he committed the majority of it to memory, constantly quoting it to the maid who couldn’t care less. Around his adolescence he also began feeling strange and uncharacteristic impulses, like a unseen force suggesting bolder actions. With Orivyn’s disinterest in his son came a lack of explanation of the Force despite also being force sensitive. In his late teens Cessair would sneak out after being guided to do such by the Force. He learned how to bypass the locks keeping him in the building, and began to take part in the vibrant Coruscanti night life. He put in practice his social skills there, all the while searching for a romantic partner but never willing to expose his identity, leading to many missed opportunities. However, everything came crashing down during his twentieth year.

Despite his discretion, Cessair’s link to his father was discovered, and this was quickly taken advantage of. A loan shark named Mig whom Orivyn was indebted to abducted Cessair from his home and held him for ransom, taking him out to the Outer Rim for good measure. News of the break in spread through the social circles, and the truth started to come out. Before Orivyn could pay off the loan shark and recover, news of his bastard son was in the public eye and his reputation was forever tarnished, as by then he had married a sith acolyte named Nira, whom had no knowledge of Cessair’s existence. His name dragged through the mud, and with no love for his son, he refused to pay any ransom and never made contact with Cessair again. Now with no chance of pay, the mercenaries tasked with guarding Cessair quickly resolved to killing him. In a last ditch effort he ran for his life, bypassing the door on his way out. Unfortunately for him, he couldn’t outrun gangsters on swoop bikes and was recaptured. This time, instead of killing him, they offered him a choice: Work for them until he paid off what they would’ve made on the original ransom, or be gutted and left in the street. He naturally chose the former and thus started his career as a criminal. From then on he was tasked with retrieving items purchased from or paid for by Mig which was never reimbursed. During his first year as a technically independent man, he’s used all his spare change on restocking his wardrobe, legally given himself the surname Darkrose after his childhood hero, and the middle name Danger in the hopes of a good one liner down the road. Over the course of the year he’s spent under Meg’s employ the scope of what he’s had to retrieve has gotten greater and greater. Cessair doesn’t have a choice in the matter given his circumstance, but most recently he’s been charged with the repossession of entire ships. There’s only one problem: he doesn’t know how to fly.

I'm a little unsure about the Force speaking to him, the Force doesn't quite work like that, at the very least I can't think of any canon instances of it working like that. It's mostly nudges and feelings, not a literal voice telling someone what to do. If you could change that I can approve the character.
