If Clan Skirata is going to have a base with functioning electricity, we’re going to need a power generator. And it seems one has happened to land right in our backyard. A pirate vessel, seemingly having engine problems, has crashed in the nearby snow hills. Their presence proves a threat to what little secrecy we have here, and as such they all need to be done away with. However, their ship needs to remain intact. The vessel’s reactor will be suitable for powering Skirata Base once its set up, and we might be able to salvage some of the electric wiring as well. Eliminate the Pirates and secure the Reactor.
Two to three participants are needed for this mission.

With the Reactor, another necessary component to the Base is a Computer Mainframe. Without this, there will be no singular command unit for all the technological aspects within the base, and the individual units will be vulnerable to slicing. We’ve identified a company on Woostri that actually assembles computer mainframes that shouldn’t be too hard to adapt to our base. They produce, sell, and transport these devices to customers every day, so they won’t miss one unit. Get into the Company Shipping Department on Woostri, and hijack a freighter carrying a mainframe. The company probably doesn’t have any security well-armed enough to stop Mandalorians, but local Law Enforcement will definitely put up a fight to keep you from leaving the system. Once the freighter is in our possession, lose the LEOs and rendezvous at Socorro. We’ll load the Mainframe onto our own freighter, and leave you to sell the Freighter while on Socorro. That way, we get a Computer Mainframe, and a good bit of credits.
Two to four participants will be needed for this mission.
We finally have ourselves a line on a Shield Generator unit. After a few talks with a shady arms dealer, he has agreed to give us a Shield Generator unit powerful enough to protect our base from anything up to bombardment from Frigates in exchange for dealing with a problem of his. He has recently been working with a Mercenary group, selling them weapons. But now, they’ve decided to just take his shipment of illegal blasters and heavy weaponry without paying. The munitions cost seem to be great, considering he is exchanging a shield generator for it. He wants us to pay a visit to their little compound in the mountains of Malastare, what used to be a village settlement but has been taken over by the mercs, kill each and every last one of them, and bring the weapons back to him at the nearby Spaceport at Gorul City. Do this, and we’ll secure another layer of defenses for our Base.

What kind of characters are you looking for?
All kinds of characters are welcomed and accepted! I want to make this faction as diverse as possible, so any kind of character can join, as long as they have a plausible reason to be there. As opposed to most factions, Clan Skirata is not a Combat-centered faction, and as such if your character isn't a warrior, it's not a make-or-break thing. It doesn't matter if your character is a mercenary, spacer, smuggler, slicer, blacksmith, or whatever, I'll do my best to accommodate you and your character.

Do I have to be a Mandalorian?
While the Faction is a Mandalorian Clan, that doesn't mean your character has to be a Mandalorian. Mandalorians are a culture, not a species, and as such many members of the Mandos are often beings who came from the outside world and joined the Mandalorians. So, if you have a character that is a non-Mando but you want them to join Clan Skirata, feel free to apply.When I join and my character is accepted, what rank will I be?
As you can see in our main faction page, Clan Skirata only has three ranks at the moment - Aliit'alor, Verd, and Ge'verd. The Aliit'alor is the leader of the faction, currently filled by my character Lyon Skirata. A Verd is the most common rank in every Mandalorian Clan, and can only be possessed by those Clan members that have passed their warrior's trial and proven to be worthy to Clan Skirata. Ge'verd is the lowest rank, and it translates to be 'Almost Warrior'. If your character is a non-Mando or hasn't yet passed his warrior's trial, this is the rank your character will receive.I'm sold. If you're interested in joining up with Clan Skirata, all you have to do is state your characters name, as well as provide a link to their character profile. Please also include a short paragraph or two (nothing too long), to describe how your character came to join the faction, as well as outlining his basic skill set.
