"Well," Ayha began, thinking out loud "It doesn't look so bad from the outside. Inside is the problem however." She motioned to the Midnight Man "Let's go peek." Cautious seemed better than just barging in. You need to know an enemy before you can effectively fight them.
Pulling her hood tightly over her head and reaching a hand down to lie ready on her blaster, just in case, she crept toward it to peer into the window. Good sign: No one was shooting at her yet. Bad sign: She didn't know what was inside yet. Standing on her tip toes, she reached her eyes up just high enough to see.

Looking at the women peer in he glanced at the street to make sure they weren't being watched. Holding his blaster tight in his hand, it made little impressions in it, he rolled in and fired, taking out the two sentries, with red energy bolts to the chest. As they fell to the floor Kyle moved in, he really didn't like waiting when he knew what was on the other side so he walked in a stood by the metal door leading into the warehouse.

"Thanks." she smiled, and followed him to the door. She just assumed that whatever was behind there she could take. One hand fiddling in her pocket and the other on that good old heavy blaster pistol at her side, she opened the door.

Though surprised by the number of the group inside, she didn't let it show. Her hand flew out of her pocket, chucking a sonic grenade at the crew and as it detonated, they all dropped to the floor, not dead but definately out for at least half a day. She didn't know whether she was supposed to kill or stun, and you can't go back from killing, so knocked out was a good option. "Droids!" She pointed upward as she ran for a bit of cover behind a swoop bike, intending for the Midnight Man to help her out, as they filed onto a elevated platform, blasters firing.

Remaining relaxed Kyle saw the droids come down the elevator shaft. The gate into the platform not yet open they were sitting ducks. Taking his plasma rifle off his back, he leveled it toward them and started letting shots fly toward them. He would hold his ground, even if they did manage to make it off the elevator leading to the kingpin's office. Planting his fleet he let loose another volley thinning their ranks even more, the rest however would be up to Ayha.

She smiled, knowing she had just what she needed and reached into her pocket. Fingers crossed she lobbed two more grenades upward and outward. One hit the railing of the platform above the elevator shaft, the other she hoped hit the elevator itself where the droids were located. Ion Grenades, deadly to droids, completely ineffective to organics. With a grin, their components began to fizzle as the grenade detonated right above them. It was a lucky shot...

"That takes care of that," she smiled satisfied and returned to the Midnight Man's side as she cautiouslly looked around for what could possibly be next. "Shall we go up?" she asked, motioning toward the elevator as it lowered to the ground and the gate hissed open

"Ladies first" Kyle said extending his hand toward the elevator. Keeping his rifle loosely in his left hand he followed Ayha onto the elevator, surveying the damage to the droids, as he got on, punching the button that would bring them to the kingpin's office, Kyle took one of the less damaged droids and held him against his body using the droid as a shield for the wall of blaster fire that would probably greet them as they tried to enter the domain of the kingpin.

"Smart, tough, funny, and polite. The ladies must love you," Ayha smiled, stepping into the elevator and following his example of shielding herself with a droid. On the way up, she flicked a button on her belt, creating a personal energy sheild which she acquired from a friendly Republic soldier that helped her friends get off of Zeltros a while ago. It wouldn't last forever, but under blasterfire, it could save your life. "So how am I doing cheif?" she smiled over at him, but then shut up as they neared the top and the doors began to open.

Smirking at her combat he had a last minute change of plan. Quietly laying down on the floor he put some droids over him so that the unsuspecting gang members would walk into a trap or be fooled by the number of people. Feeling the cool ground against his cheek, he looked up to see Ayha turning on a personal shield, those were very hard to acquire, and had a bigger fear factor than actual helpfulness. He was about to answer her comment about how she is doing, but saw the elevator reaching the top and stayed quite. Hearing the pounding of the soldiers feet, he stayed down as they rushed for the droids. How foolish of them he thought, pushing the droid off him he tighten his grip on his rifle, firing a magazine into the squad that had entered the elevator, the orange globs burning through the men's chest was not really a pleasant sight, but for all its faults it still was one hell of a weapon.

Ayha's blaster was drawn in the blink of an eye. She wasn't a very good shot, but here at point blank range it was cake to hit the ones that the Midnight Man hadn't gotten to, which was very few. "Clear?" she asked, and poked her head around the corner. It seemes as if they were clear to the door of the kingpin's office, but she was prepared for some surprises if need be. For now, it was a moment of quiet as she began to pick her way across the corpses and out the elevator door, hoping to hear an answer from the chief about how she was progressing.

"I can't tell you how your doing until the mission is over." Kyle replied grinning. Creeping toward the door he crouched and grabbed the door handle holding his rifle loosely in his other hand. Then turning to the hopeful he said, "So, whats the plan ...........boss." Kyle said, barely containing a chuckle.

That got a happy grin out of Ayha, and she let out a small giggle before shoving a hand over her mouth to surpress it. "Well chief, since I don't know what's behind that door yet, and it looks like everyone in this whole room is either knocked out or dead," she looked over the balcony and back into the elevator, "I'd say open that door. Let's meet this 'kingpin'." Since his hand was already on the handle, she motioned for him to do the honors.

Not wanting to give away the element of surprise he opened the door very slowly let the wind from the elevator moving up had pushed it. Then when one of the guards came outside the door to close it Kyle clocked him on the head with his gun knocking him out cold. Then keeping low he examined the number of guards in the room he spotted three more un-aware of their comrade's fate. Seeing an opening he rolled in his gun blazing orange globs of plasma.

"Very nice," Ayha smiled, complimenting his shots while pulling out her own blaster to fire just as the last guard fell. This guy was a good shot, quick too. Not just good, incredible by Ayha's standards though she herself had never seen much to compare it to. She looked around. There wasn't much else in the room, aside from another door opposite them, which she assumed was the kingpin's office. There was a computer terminal right next to it, into which a code needed to be entered to get access to the room. Ahya wasn't good at slicing. She had not the slightest clue how. That's what droids were for. "You any good with computer slicing?" she asked, grinning sheepishly because this was probably something that she was expected to know.

"Uh.... no actually normally depend on techies for this type of job, more of an outdoors-men myself." Kyle said laughingly, "But when in doubt" He said, slinging his rifle over his back, pulling out his pistol, "Shoot the damn thing." firing some shots into the terminal. And for a second it looked like it hadn't worked but the metal doors sliding open into a well light room. Casually walking in Kyle saw the man look up and put his hands in front of his face in terror, his hour of reckoning had come.

"That works," Ayha shrugged, smiling and followed after her new boss willingly. Judging by the man's sheer terror at seeing the Midnight Man, she decided this must be the kingpin. She looked to the boss to see what the plan was. Eliminate the danger was the option she was going with, and reached a hand down to her blaster just in case.

"I would love to go over all the things you have done wrong, but then I'd be here all day, so in short" Kyle said raising his gun and firing it "Bang" it was his least favorite part of the job, killing a man who was evil but at the same time defenseless. Then turning to exit the room he walked toward the elevator ready to take the soldier back to base.

Ayha followed him silently, reholstering her blaster. As they got back into the cool outdoors she smiled. "Well, it was a success," she nodded, but then grinned excitedly "Can we blow it up anyway?" She had a fascination with explosions. They were so... fun... and exciting everytime. Maybe thats why she got into demolitions...

"The whole point of going inside to kill him was to not draw attention, but........I do like the smell of gun powder." Kyle said getting far enough away to enjoy the view then, pressing the button in his pocket he blew up the building exploding the building rocking the foundations of the entire block. Meanwhile while on his data-pad he added Ayha to the midnight men roster, and transfered the kingpin's credits to the midnight men, another goo well done.

She watched eagerly and then beamed "Thanks sir." She thought it was a good sign that he blew it up. She felt like it was just for her, sort of like 'congratulations kid, welcome to the club' fireworks. "So uh... how'd I do?"Ayha spoke again, very curious of what he thought. Nothing he said would upset her too badly. She knew she had to improve, for she didn't not have the background experience she was sure the other Midnight Men had.

Looking down at his feet he tried to play it off as she had failed and was not part of the team. Put then showing her his datapad it said she was on the roster at the beginning rank but still on the roster. "Welcome in soldier." Kyle said with a grin
