Plot Outline Submission Template:
1. What is going to happen in your plot?
The members of the Dread Council will persue transporting Arkanian dragons to D'Qar where Cyzyn will also tame a young dragon in the process. D'Qar being a mostly wild planet will be perfect as a new location for Arkanian Dragons.

3. Where are all the places (if more than one) that your plot will be taking place?

4. Please provide a basic in-character timeline of what you expect to happen.
Thread 1: Xenobiologists are the ones that know the most about Arkanian Dragons. It would be best if we had one on our side with their research at hand. Go to Arkania and "acquire" the Xenobiologist along with research and bring it back to D'Qar.
Thread 2: Food is needed for such large animals like Dragons. We need to get shipments of animals. Domesticated creatures like nerfs are usable so you'll need to likely travel with a heavy freighter to a backwater planet and purchase hundreds of heads of the beasts. Over time they will procreate into vast numbers to populate both the farming community on D'Qar and feed the dragons when they grow up.
Thread 3: Poachers are hunting Dragons and they are in it to kill these beasts. They are well equipped and not common gangsters or thugs. They pose a real threat. We do not want them making the act of acquiring the Dragons any more difficult than it already is.
Thread 4: Hire miners to excavate platinum deposits on D'Qar. This will be the area that the Dragons will inhabit. Miners however will need persuading to come to D'Qar. At the very minimum get the miners to bring their equipment to D'Qar and we can kill them later and just use their equipment.
Thread 5: The Dragon's nest will prove to be the most difficult part. These creatures are fierce. Go to Arkania and find a nest. It will no doubt be guarded and it will be up to us to survive the experience with the eggs.
5. What do you or your character hope to achieve with this plot? What is the "end-game"?
Arkanian Dragons will be integrated into D'Qar and also Cyzyn will have his own arkanian dragon (egg/child dragon, see species thread) in the process. However it will be just a hatchling by the end of the plot and not a full grown dragon. A period of time after the plot is complete will actually see the successful fully grown dragons on the planet of D'qar. It will not be instant gratification once the plot is completed.
6. Do you need any involvement of canon NPCs or faction leaders to be DMed by a staff member? If so, please detail who/what and for what purpose.
Oposition will be decided by dice and significant difficulty due to cyzyn's high level
