Dain was visibly nervous as he wound his way through the halls. Even after close to ten years here, he still got lost sometimes within the winding halls of the temple. And today, of all days, was not a day to get lost.
After a brief exchange with a Togruta youngling, he figured out where he was and backtracked through several corridors, finally arriving outside the designated room. He had never been in this part of the Temple before. It was less inundated with fauna than some other parts, which struck Dain as odd.
Today was quite a busy day, for everyone. He had only heard news of the Temple on Coruscant's destruction that morning, and it weighed heavily on his mind. He had friends there....were they alright? What had happened? Who had done it?
And who was his new master? He had only been told that he had been chosen by one, not who it was.
Pushing such thoughts aside as best he could, he straightened his tunic and knocked on the door, waiting for a moment before stepping through.
