Say goodbye, as we dance with the Devil tonight.
Don't you dare look at him in the eye, as we dance with the Devil tonight.

“The wind was racing through the streets of the city named Maka Tika, a major city on the Jungle planet Aram. People crowded the streets and were all minding their own business. I could laugh at them. I could laugh at all of them.

They all look so small, so tiny. Look at them, not as near as powerful as I am. Some do have that same connection as I have, but most are just mere creatures, thinking their life is good. Well, what does that word mean anyway?
"Good." That word doesn't mean shit.”

The Zabrak male, dressed in a black longcoat, sat outside of a small cantina, waiting for one of the waiters to show up and give him his drink. This time he did not carry much weapons on his person, because he was not on a mission this time. However, he was not here to relax either. He was here to pursuit that odd pull he was feeling all the time. A pull that had driven him to come to Aram and to follow it. He had arrived in Maka Tika today and still he felt that strange pull. He figured that he had to go into the jungle, to follow it. Wondering where it would lead him, he turned his head towards the cantina behind him as he heard footsteps.

Finally the waiter showed up and handed him his Juma Juice. The Zabrak had already paid for the drink, and he took it without thanking the waiter. Instead he said: "What took you so long?" Frustration and slight anger could be heard in his deep voice.

As the waiter trailed off, back to his own business, he brought the glass to his lips and drank. At least the Juma Juice tasted alright...

I pulled up near the Cantina myself. The wind rushed around and the trees nearby you could hear swirming as if they were trying to catch their own breath. As for the Cantina that I was placing myself in front of. It was old, cracked, and not a bareable site. It wasn't really an embracing or attracting place. Yet I had heard the rumors that it'd be one of the best in town.

Now as a Zabrak I didn't go to Cantinas to drink nor party. I went to socialize. I reached the Cantina door and pushed it open, only to smell the fresh scent of the alcohol running off everybody's mouth. I made myself to the counter in which I saw another Zabrak such like myself across the room in a black trench coat. He looked ugly, I didn't care to judge him though.

"I want a glass of water please." I said to the bartender.
"Coming right up!" He said back to me in a somewhat ruffled voice.

He placed the glass of water in front of me and I exchanged it for credits. Now finally I had a time to watch everybody, I turned and started to drink my water.

OOC: Actually, Choray was outside of the cantina, but we'll go on pretending he is inside.

And then another Zabrak male, like Choray himself, entered the building. Choray looked up from his drink and he could sense that this other Zabrak was connected, but in a different wat than Choray was. Choray was connected to the Dark Side of the Force, while this one seemed to walk just in between the Dark and the Light Side, which was something he had never seen before. He had heard of this group which existed twenty years ago... the 'Shade Order', if he remembered correctly. A group of Jedi-like people who walk what they call: 'The Shaded Path'. He wondered if this one belonged to that group, and if that group still existed.

Taken another sip from his Juma Juice he decided to keep watching this strange Zabrak. Was he the one the pull, Choray was feeling, was coming from? Maybe so. Maybe Choray had found his rival, maybe the pull was something else that had nothing to do with this Zabrak. He did not know yet, but he would find out eventually...

Just then I turned to place the emptied water onto the counter. I stood and looked around for a moment. My hood and robes secured both my body and my face. Most of the things couldn't be seen on me nor could be really focused on. I turned around and saw the Zabrak again, I sensed the that he was focusing on me and that too of the dark side in him. I tried not to come in contact with him.

Considering the odds of the dark side of the force. I was forced to turn around and go to a much more crowded area. In order for the dark side to not recognize me or interfere with me. I wasn't counting on it too much.

Was this Zabrak frightened at the sight of him? Trying to avoid him, perhaps, Choray wondered. He glanced at him as he disappeared among the crowd, but did not bother to stand up and go after him, yet. Besides, he still had a drink to finish.

Smiling he brought the glass filled with the substance known as Juma Juice to his lips and drank. By the time he put the glass back on the table's surface, it was only half-empty, or in his case, half-full. Although Choray had been through a lot of sorrow and depression, and he had fallen to the Dark Side of the Force, he was quite optimistic for a Dark Jedi. He smirked as he thought about that and sat back in his chair to make himself comfortable. Bringing up his glass again, he drank it dry.

After finishing his drink his eyes searched for this Zabrak again, and it was not hard to find him. He was the only one in this cantina who had that strange... grey... aura. A grey aura of a Grey Jedi. Perhaps this newcomer was a wanderer, lost in the Force, not knowing which side to choose, or, he actually chose to walk that Grey Path. A very intriguing person, this Grey Jedi was.

Choray stood up and left the chair he was sitting on, and slowly approached the Grey Jedi. Of course, the Grey Jedi would notice him, but he was not a sneaking stalker anyway. When he would be named a Dark Master, he would chose Maurader as his specialization, that was one thing that he had already chosen. Choray was a battlemaster, not an assassin nor a spy.

"Hey." His deep raspy voice sounded. "Meet me outside. Now." His voice sounded demanding, and he would not take "no" as an answer. Gesturing with his right hand that this Zabrak had to follow him, he walked towards the exit of the cantina and exitted the building. Outside he waited for the Grey Jedi to come after him.

I smelt the breath of the stupid Zabrak, coming to me acting like I was his slave. Intruding enough I followed after him. I indeed wanted to know more about the Dark man. I didn't know much about the dark jedi. But I had only heard rumors that they now to exist. Possibly taking over the Shade Order in which didn't stand anymore. I made my way outside the Cantina.

Here I was face to face with the Dark Jedi. "Well..?" I asked him.

This Grey Jedi seemed to dislike how Choray had approached him, but Choray wanted to be clear and direct. As both now stood outside the cantina, Choray looked the other straight in the eyes. He crossed his arms and sighed, just before he began to speak.

"You." He said, tilting his head slightly. "Who are you, and even more important, what are you? Are you one of those Grey Jedi? Tell me everything. I want to know."

His voice did not sound demanding this time, like it had a minute ago in the cantina. It sounded more curious this time, and curious Choray was. He longed to quench his thirst for knowlegde. He wanted to know what it was like to walk this Grey Path. He wanted to know if it was this man, the pull was coming from. If so, then why was the pull coming from him? Did Choray have to kill this man? Or maybe Choray had to turn to the Grey Path, which he higly doubted and he refused to do. Maybe Choray just had to meet him, to gain knowlegde and nothing more. With curiousity in his eyes he looked at the man as he awaited answers.

I was asked the questions I couldn't give answer to. I've been a Grey Jedi for how long? Before the Shade Order had closed down I was simply told not to give away the secrets of the Order. I longed sometime to handing down the secrets, but I only couldn't. I made an oath and it stood.

"I'm sorry, I don't know what you are talking about, my friend. Please I must go now." I said this as an excuse. I was a good liar, he'd probably take it. I got feel the curiosity running off him as if it was being absorbed by my body. Over the years of training I had become very force sensitive. This man wasn't a friendly man. In spite of his actions I could probably kill him myself.

The Grey Jedi was turned away from Choray. Something he did not take. He stepped forwards and said: "No. Don't move!" He did not reach out for a weapon yet, because he did not want to start a fight here, in the middle of a street. The weapons he could choose from were his lightsaber, his blaster pistol and a two daggers.

"I can't speak freely either while out on this street. Let's go to a more secured area."

He placed his right hand on the blaster pistol that he kept in the holster on his right leg, to show that he meant what he was saying. He needed to speak to this Grey Jedi.

He had to.

I felt the stupidity. He thinks a blaster could take me? If he could sense that I was a wandering grey jedi. He obviously knew I had, had a lightsaber. I really wasn't fond of his actions.

"Carry on." I told him, I was going to follow him anyhow.

Choray removed his hand from his blaster and turned around, gesturing for the Grey to follow him. Step by step he walked towards a back alley, where nobody would be watching them, nor overhearing what they were saying.

Turning around, he said: "Of course, I was reaching for my blaster." He looked the Grey straight in the eyes. "If I would be reaching for my lightsaber I would draw too much attention, and my dagger in my hand would just look silly. Now listen, Grey Jedi. You seem to walk a Grey Path, right? I need not to know to which order you belong, if you do belong to one. I only want to know a few... other... things."

He paused and he crossed his arms. He had no hostile intentions, yet.

"I have come here, because I felt a strange 'pull', pulling me to this planet. I still feel that pull, and somehow I have the feeling this pull is coming from you. I need to find out what's up with you, to let that feeling subside."

I followed him into the ally and listened to him carefully, my response was simple.

"Is this all?" I didn't really have much to say, he didn't harm me nor seem to be a threat.

Choray nodded. "I guess so. I don't know what's going on, but I know it has something to do with you. Maybe, I just gotta kill you. Maybe not. Explain to me, why have you come to Aram?"

"Kill me, kill me not. It'll do nothing." Was my response, "I came here for a meeting."

"A meeting you say? You came for a meeting, here on Aram? Is that what you meant?" Choray tilted his head slightly and looked at the Zabrak in front of him. "What meeting?"

"Obviously it's not your business. My friend I only stopped here for a rest. I've been traveling for a while. If you could lead me to any local inns i'd be sure to hand you over a fair amount of credits." I smiled to the man to show I was generous. I didn't want him mistaking me as an ignorant scum.

Choray did not pay attention to this Grey Jedi's smile. He did not care much, he just needed to know. He was looking for answers throughout his entire life, and some of the answers he did receive, while others remained unknown. This time, he wanted to know and he would make sure he would know.

"Of course, it's none of my business." Choray said. "But, do you understand that this itch that is driving me to find out the answers, is really annoying? I must know."

He stood there, glancing over to this Grey Jedi. It all was so vague, it all was so unclear. He thought over the situation for a few moments and then said: "I can sense that you have to do something with this feeling I'm having, but something tells me that the answers lie in the jungle. I want you to come with me, into the woods. I need you to find out what's going on."

"Very well." Was my reply, I wasn't depending on the Dark Jedi to help me nor to safe me. I wanted to help him actually. I didn't mind to go with him although it was a little dangerous.

I started to turn around and enter into the jungle.

Choray smirked. He had accomplished the first part of his little quest, and now the next part. Finding out what the hell it was that caused him to feel this pull.

He walked behind the Grey Jedi and also entered the jungle ahead. He made sure he did not walk past the Grey Jedi, because he wanted to see what he was doing. He did not desire a lightsaber blade burning a hole in his back or maybe being Force Choked if this Grey knew that power.

They walked for some time and Choray remained silent all the time. He did not speak. He looked at the Grey Jedi's back all the time and he watched his movements carefully. He would be ready if this one would suddenly turn around and attack him or if he would suddenly try to run away from him.

Yeah, Choray was ready for anything.

As they moved on, he also watched the area around them, looking for signs or anything. Thus far, he saw none.

During my venture into the jungle, I felt the force tell me a structure was nearby, that and it had a few spectrums in it. I made my way to find the building structure and located a nearby door. The dark jedi was still behind me, I didn't take any mind to it. Really I didn't care for him, I was helping him though. That made me feel better for myself.

I opened the rather large doorway and made my access way into the what seemed to be a temple. Here I examined and found two nearby creatures. The creatures that were alike me, zabraks. This is what the force brought me too. I waited for the Dark Jedi to see what he'd do. The two had still not noticed us
