Depends, your character.
I have to say both to Dragon and to Bring, neither of you were the 'heads' of this thread. That would fall to Caleb. Seeing as how he is gone for some reason it would fall to the next highest RPer. That'd be me.
Now, we have a Shade where isn't supposed to be, a guy with big ass armor who shoulda asked permission from Caleb not us, and a huge dispute about whether or not Vashni needs to be in the room.
First off, Teck did you ask Phil or Ols about joining this thread? The Shade still want to be underground, and while the Jedi know of them to some degree, the Shade still want them to not know of how big they are.
Dragon, sorry to go on about this, while Vashni would be a great character to include in this thread, bringing with him a great backstory and a backup for the Jedi, did you ask Caleb? I have no problem with him being in, but we should have either waited for Caleb for a few days then go on, now though we have to go on because we have gotten so far in.
This thread is getting out of steadiness because we have too many people calling shots. If we didn't ask Caleb we shoulda asked Puppeteer. He hasn't been on alot of times, so it woulda fallen to pms.

Well, Dom doesn't mind me joining in or he would have said something and Caleb hasn't been on. There isn't a great backstory behind Vashni though. If there was the entire thread would have been about him. I've been trying to deal with the random bombings that have been happening and the meeting seems to be a likely start.
The thread isn't going out of steadiness. As it stands, not much has happened. Nothing major has gone down and it won't until Dom posts. Even then we still might end up waiting for Caleb before getting into anything.
As of now three characters met up, each coming to some different conclusion about what's really going on. The whole Vashni thing is that he doesn't know which side to be on. You said the liberation front would come to him, but I haven't seen evidence of that yet :)
The way I see it, the thread hasn't even begun yet. Yes, we're in the meeting hall waiting for the Senator, but nothing else. We haven't taken any huge steps to do anything yet. Mostly this is like the prologue to a book. Nothing big happens though it introduces some of the main characters and a setting. Understand?
Also, I would appreciate it if you kept all of your OOC in this thread as it is annoying to have a thread for OOC and having you post little notes with every post. We've all checked this OOC thread periodically to see any changes, opinions, or ideas rather than flood the thread with OOC.

I think that little note is the first one I have done in this thread. Such a small note didn't need to be wasted on a whole post.
Now then, the reason I was going off is because there was 3 new pages to this thread when I got back on, and it seemed as though yall had taken the thread along quite a bit. After I posted that rant I checked out the thread and realized only a few posts had been made. So I wrote that little note there so we can all wait for Puppeteer.
And I'll make a move to bring Vashni into the fold, if you possibly leave the meeting in a huff. I'll also bring in a character that Caleb agreed to.

It's okay that people are impatient while they wait for someone to post in a thread. No one has been bad enough yet to need a warning or anything to get back on track. The worst that has happened is that we started prematurely. Still, nothing bad or major has happened yet.
We have plenty of time for people to get out of hand. But as it stands, we are doing fine. No need to reign us in. Besides, I think we all are experienced enough not to let it go too far in any case. But the way you are acting it makes it sound like you are the adult trying to control a bunch of unruly kids. Which is not how it is happening. :CHappy:
