If you're in a rp (and the outcome atm is unclear) can I start/join a new one or do I need to wait for a conclusion?

Not a dumb question man. Long story short, it depends. For example, if you are in a "social" thread or a thread where no danger is expected to ever come to your character, then by all means feel free to start/join a new thread if you desire. However, if your character is at risk of dying, or something along those lines (now called Conflict threads if I am not mistaken), then it is best you wait for a conclusion just in case your character dies so as to not create some kind of paradox and destroy the universe.
