I'm pretty sure they mean how it's going to function. And why not? It's the perfect time to do it. Get people excited for the next year.At E3 '09 they are announcing things for E3 '10? Come on.
I'm pissed there is nothing on Deus Ex 3 yet. Aside from Mass Effect 2, that's the next biggest RPG I'm looking foward too.
Where the hell is my Episode 3?!
I've given up all hope on Valve.

I just pooped my pants.
New Jak and Daxter game ON the PS2 and PSP, not the PS3. LOL
Valve lets their employees choose their next project, and apparently they picked L4D2 instead of Episode 3.
Erm..I'm highly tempted to say that's not true. They have different branches who work on their various games for years at a time. The only thing that's held back Ep 3 is their lack of commitment & downright laziness they seem have.
I can't believe what I'm reading. Valve is one of the best developers around. They're extremely customer-friendly, and have done their best to keep all content updates and such completely free for all their games, have come out with the best value pack in all of gaming (The Orange Box), and you guys are complaining because they haven't finished one of their games yet?
As far as I know, Valve is sitting on this project because they don't want to disappoint. I'd rather they not rush it and make a full fledged game instead of a half-assed episode with only a couple hours of gameplay.
