DESCRIPTION​

The Claudin is a work of art created by master swordsmith's working for Elthar Heavy Industries. The biggest contract is for the Mandalorian Knights which have a more standardized template though the sword is for sell for all normal customers. Each one is custom crafted to fit their users, the greatest of these are the Mandalorians who have had many of these made for their forces. The swords are perfectly balanced as they should be and are "hand-and-a-half" sword so it is able to be used as both a two-handed longsword or used as a one handed sword with a shield. The entire sword was created to be proofed against lightsabers making them excellent dueling weapons. The materials used to create it make it strong enough to even handle strikes from other swords. It is designed around dealing with light armors in one or two hits while having a harder time with the harder materials in medium and heavy armors requiring a few more hits to fully fatigue the armors.. All in all making it a strong and powerful weapon to have.

What, cutting through in one hit? Other than being extremely light and extremely damaging, this is rather generic.

I tried to keep it all to a minimum until we had more offical rulings, if its generic I will move it over to the workshop. Though is it seeming light? I have it on good authority that traditional long swords are around 2.5-4.5 pounds. I get that from one of my friends who does some of the H.E.M.A. That all stated I finished that half formed thought you pointed out.

Your friend isn't wrong about the weight. Traditional longswords really are that weight.

Maybe the fact that it's a vibrosword - and the stuff necessary to make it vibrate like that - would make it heavier, but probably only to about five or six pounds I would assume. Otherwise it's getting ridiculous.

But this is a very realistic weight for a real-life longsword.
