Right then.
I think this is long overdue.
Since the beginning of the Hutt faction, activity has been on the decline, with the faction not getting the activity I expected.
I've worked hard to produce missions, but when it comes to expansion, this action flickers away even more.
There is, put simply, no reason to have a faction that doesn't do anything. As such I'll be archiving the faction today. A lot of work goes into maintaining a faction, and I'm not willing to put in that work for no reason.
I will open up my Hutt to membership of other factions (tagging @Prudence and @Fyremage as well as @Retroboy) but if that cannot be worked out I'll just go back to his roots again xD
