The first blast took place at a bus stop not more than 15 minutes walking distance from where I live. My mom was at home and she actually heard the sound of the explosion. It was said to be a meter box that exploded due to its circuitry getting exposed to the rains. But then the news of the other blasts started coming in and everyone started saying that it was a cab that exploded. It's still kind of unclear.
