Faction Leader Feedback: Sreeya

No, I'm definitely not copying the staff feedback thingy at all. :D

Anywho, I wanna know how I've been doing so far. I've been Jedi Faction Leader for a while now and I have yet to receive some actual feedback for how I've been running things. This is also where you can offer up suggestions for improvements or anything you think I need to work on. The key things I want feedback on are like for the admins:

- Level of activity
- Leadership style
- Effectiveness
- Member relations/involvement of those within the Faction
- Interaction with other Factions
- Overall performance
- Etc. (anything you want to comment on)

Please be respectful. If you have complaints, kindly structure them in a way that's going to be helpful instead of just downright rude. And please try not to let this thread go off on a tangent. I'd really like some feedback from you guys so it can help me get better and/or understand what I'm doing wrong.

I admit, that you seem like a good leader. I really haven't done much with Jedi (Yet). Been focusing on the defense of the republic and all. XD but you do seem like a good leader, and the faction is pretty organized...Kinda

Sreeya has been leading the Jedi nicely, though with little conflicts with other factions, it's difficult to truely assess her battle prowess.

While Sreeya has been promoting the Jedi faction and getting new recruits, I think it would be great if she could try to get some of the senior members to help out train these new guys.

By far the most active Grandmaster since I joined on this site. You've kept the Jedi active when every other faction was seeing a drop-off in activity (there may be a correlation there :P).

Sometimes you get a little heated when it comes to your faction, but that just shows you really care about where the Jedi go and how they get there, so it's not necessarily a bad thing.

Also, you always have interesting 'non-traditional' ideas for the Jedi I always enjoy hearing.

Level of Activity: I see you on usually every day, and you post quite often, so yeah, flying colors here.
Leadership Style: This seems more like taste than anything else. But for what it's worth, I don't really have any problem with the style in which you lead.
Effectiveness: The Jedi Order isn't in shambles, so on that alone, I give you props.
Member Relations/Involvement of those within the Faction: You're pretty involved with Jedi activity and threads, so again, high marks here.
Interaction with other Factions: Uh, we kicked ass at Noob Hill... that's all I got. Hoo-Rah!
Overall Performance: Since I've been here, one of, if not the best Jedi Faction leader we've had, largely due to activity and not neglecting the faction's part in the story.
Etc: ................ I got nothin'.

The Jedi seem tainted to me...not very light...not that that's a bad thing. I'm not planning on making a Jedi anytime soon, so my feedback may be meaningless, but I think the Jedi are well run, active and a very strong faction under your leadership.

Yeah, I've made the Jedi much more war-oriented which, unfortunately, does take away from the traditional concept of Light. However, I also know that in the past Jedi stayed true to that, so I kinda wanted to try a new angle and actively involve Jedi in the war effort.

The allowances you've made for the Jedi (such as Dante's entire character, for instance) make me not want to destroy them. Which, on a personal level, sickens me. Well played, ma'am, well played.

Have you read Tales of the Jedi? Those Jedi are hardcore soldiers. Same with other stories taking place in the Old Republic era, the further back you go is all the same. While always for good, Jedi only got traditionally Light Side much later, after the Dark Wars (now possibly rectoned to after the Great Galactic War).

Very high, zero complaints. On and available to answer any questions at almost any time.

Leadership style

Wants to kick some ass and ready and willing to do so. Hard ass about activity but that's a good thing.

Effectiveness

I've never seen a more badass Jedi Order, so I guess pretty good.

Member relations/involvement of those within the Faction

Interaction with other Factions

Noob Hill and RMC, that is all.

Overall performance

I also wanted to point this out. This seems to be really important and a great trait she has.

If a faction leader is too easy going, or doesn't seem to care if something goes wrong in their faction, then it makes the faction leader - and their faction - look bad.

I honestly hate the fact that we allow stoner, druggy, alcholic Jedi, but Sreeya, your leadership ability is great. I appreciate your activity, and pitting the Order directly into the war was the best thing you could do. :)

It depends on how it is done. If it's the stereotypical stoner out for another high for the hell of it, then that's just stupid. However, if the person accidentally associated the Force with a certain drug on the other hand... that has enough possibilities to entertain for ages.

I agree whole heartedly it's entertaining, but I still see no place for it in a Jedi of canon, especially in the moreso archaic ancient times of the Order.

Although I'd love to see Kenobi shooting up on screen sometime...
