Alright, I just found out yesterday, but it seems three of my family members are having serious problems. My aunt has just been diagnosed with cancer, and having lost my mother to cancer three years ago, I know exactly what she is in for, I am going to help bring support groups to help take care of her, as well as friends to check on her time to time. Next, my grandmother fell, and broke her leg in two places and is in the hospital, I need to go see her.
Finally, one of my cousin's, his wife is in the hospital, she is five months pregnant, and they are fearing there might be complications as she is getting very sick. As a person born three months premature, because of complications myself, and how close I came to dying, I understand this situation quite well. While they live in Texas, I have friends in the area I am calling on, to help take my place at their side, and to do the cooking and cleaning for him and their two year old daughter while their wife/mother is in the hospital. This is the one that is probably bothering me the most. I have seen my aunt, and she is dealing with it in her strong willed way, and is ready for whatever there is to come, and I can go see her anytime I wish, with an hour drive. But my cousin, well we grew up together, and suddenly he is finding himself in danger of losing his new daughter and wife.
Well, I have a lot of work to do, things I can do to help from here. From friends to help take care of them and the ones they love, to getting money for the hospital bills, visiting them, etc. But I will have to be gone till monday at least. Maybe tuesday, maybe longer. I will be running around like crazy until monday, doing the little I can. Please keep me and my family in your thoughts and prayers, I will give you an update monday on any changes in time frame.
