I'm curious, if you had sole power on what the timeline would be about/when it is, what would it be?

It would be a time where the technology is more familiar, and the lightsabers from now would actually be appropriate.

We've tossed around a few ideas in the past, some involving a return to KOTOR times, taking place after the movies and a few other thoughts. However, it seems that the RP is steaming along rather well and if we were to make any changes, I'd prefer that any timeline skip be sometime within the lifetime of our current characters.
