Claudius walked to the place where he had been directed. He was meeting Taryc Varad, and he was going to kill him. He took his time though, because this could very well be his last walk. He thought about everything that had happened in the past. He thought about his younger more glorious days, him defeating a member of the famed Jedi, and him marrying the only woman he ever loved and having a child with her. He remembered raising that child with her, and he also remembered the news of Taryc killing his son. And everything after that is pointless, besides his revaluation that Taryc had to die. He was at peace, he would gladly accept death but first he would ensure Taryc got what he deserved.
Finally getting to his destination he saw that Taryc had called on some sort of meeting. He was at the heart of the Varad base outside Aloriya, this place was Taryc's seat of power and it was obvious. Working his way up to the crowd he said a final prayer to Kad Ha'rangir in his head, his words to the god were his own and I wouldn't feel right sharing them. Entering and maneuvering through the crowd he whispered to himself, "Ib'tuur jatne tuur ash'ad kyr'amur." ["Today is a good day for someone else to die."]
Coming to the front of the crowd he looked at his enemy. He saw his mouth moving but he ignored the words that were being produced. He had one thought on his mind, and that was death. Ignoring the invisible stopping point that the crowd had created, Claudius walked up to the man he had been wanting to kill for some long. "Taryc Varad," he said. "I challenge your right to lead."
