While Sith forces in Calna Muun work to annex the city (and Agamar itself,) a small party will begin the process of rounding up all local force sensitive inhabitants to be submitted to the dark side.

Mission Type: Conflict

Objective: Extract Calna Muun’s force sensitive population for Sith training.

Just thought I would get this up as I cant do any meaningful post till this afternoon, but can do OCC stuff on my phone. You two got anything specific you would like to throw into the pot for the thread?

This one's interesting because it's so vague. We could really go any direction we wanted with this. I mean, we're dealing with an entire village or city, right, and there's another group in a separate thread that's taking over or something. So we're basically in there after most of the fighting, but not long after and these people are all gonna be scared or pissed off.

So all we have to do is sense who's fs and who's not, and get the ones who are on a transport, but I'd imagine there's plenty of opportunity for entire mobs of people or sneaky assassins trying to stab us in the back, crap like that.

Of course that's in addition to any jedi/other good people that may decide to attempt to thwart us.

So yeah that's just my initial thoughts on the subject. I can get an initial post up this morning sometime if no one else is around. :)

So I'm looking at all the missions going on in the Seizure of Agamar pack. We've got one team that's protecting the people who are constructing a base in the middle of the city. We've got another one that's in the city's council chambers getting the council to willingly or forcefully sign a treaty with us. And then there's us who are rounding up FSs in the city to bring back for training on Korriban.

So my original thought, that there was a whole battle and such here isn't actually correct. These initial missions are to be completed so that we can actually make our move to gain the entire grid square, no huge battles are fought before then. So more than likely we'd actually be going in soft, rather than announcing to the whole city that we're taking prisoners if we see they're FS.

@Sapphire Storm Does this reasoning go along with what you're after?

Based on that line of thinking, I'm going to suggest that instead of lining people up in the middle of the streets it might be better to take it a building at a time, if that makes sense. It's an agricultural world so it's not like Coruscant covered in huge buildings everywhere. There's land and fields and in the city I'm assuming individual buildings, some small some large. We can either split up or go door to door together. That certainly leaves plenty of potential for resistance. What do you guys think? Or would that make it drag out forever and never get done? I guess I'm not sure, just spitballing here.

Maybe try for large gatherings of people. Sport/Musical events?

That could be reasonable. We do have three Sith to control them with. Take like a stadium or something.

In all seriousness, tho - this'll be fun! Are we trying to convince the majority, or small groups at a time? Also, 'peacefully' or by show of force? Annnnnd how many d'you reckon we'll be picking up, if successful? Less than ten? A couple dozen?

So I'm thinking major sporting event. Let's say 50 thousand in attendance. Only one or two of them are going to be fs. Thinking realstically I don't see a show of force necessary, they have just been told they can control powers they never thought possible. Maybe a demonstration? I can get a post up in an hour

I mean realistically we can do both. Like Drake said, it's not like we're going to get more than maybe ten people out of the entire city that happen to be FS and haven't been picked up by jedi already and even ten might be pushing it. So I'd say if we started out at a sporting event we could spend some time there and then move on and do a house or two afterwards. Remember that we have to have a significant number of posts for the mission to be deemed a success anyway, so we might as well have fun with it.

I'd say just start out in a sporting stadium like Drake wants and see where it takes us.

I dig it. If it's a performance demonstration we're going for, I'm so on board. Absolutely. 100%.

The thread is starting out in the stadium setting, then? During a sports event that our trio interrupts?

Yeah I meant to get the initial post up today, but my bird had a vet appt and I have a ton of math homework I finally stopped procrastinating on, So I probably won't be doing any more big posts today. Sorry about that. But first thing tomorrow, if you guys have something started I'm all in.

You guys can handle the thread however you want. That's part of your prerogative as the ones doing the mission. Quiet, loud, etc. I didn't specify it in the mission parameters so it's up to you.

Hi guys just a thought. If we want some action in this thread instead of us writing our own NPC'S what if we NPC the next person in line NPC. So e.g I write my post for Seraphim and have him notice a jedi behind @RedneckLoves . Then I switch to NPC the first actions of that character to end my post. Then redneck replies and writes the NPC for @Feather . Then feather writes mine. Just to add a little more spice to things.

That sounds complicated. If you want an NPC just post in the Story OOC board asking if anyone wants to NPC for you. It should be pretty quick.

You definitely could. Just create a thread in the Story OOC asking for someone and you'll get an answer pretty quickly.
