General discussion topic.

I almost put this into General OOC Chat, simply because I'm not sure how well it'll take hold in RP OOC - but I think it's a good idea for everyone to have a place to post about what they're doing, what's going on, and what they think about it.

I'm doing this because I feel like there hasn't been a whole lot of discussion recently about the RP and people's individual stories in it, as a whole. This is a chance to do that.



We have our main story, and it is definitely a good idea for people to have a chance to update/enlighten others on what's happening with it - this is a place for that.

We also have stories of our own among our characters that some people may not know about, or know the details of as we would like them to. This is a place to let the rest of the site's writer-base know what you're up to.





To open it, I'll put this here as the place where I'll illuminate what the 'Leonic' quotes I've been including in my signature lately translate into. 'Leonic' is a language of mine that I used for my old-school characters (Isaac, Vahn, etc. - the god-characters from hell on crack). I've played with it since I began, molding it as I go. It's a rough blend of made-up words, some of which are derived from Latin or English.

The Rise of Vedic Cael shall soon begin.

Roughly direct Latin for:

I AM THE LIONHEART, LORD OF WAR

Most of my guys are inactive. However, I've got a vague idea of each:

Aevis Santoro (Last seen acting as a 'Jedi Police Officer' during the capture of the Lady of the Temple)
Arden Gunel (Seducin' women, sippin' martinis, and kickin' ass. Since I can't use him against the Hutts, he's waiting around for a prominent Indie crime ring to rise.)
Joss Danderfluff (Never finished a Roleplay with him. He'd probably be running spice and living off daddy's money.)
Tetin Hisro (Last seen in the Sound of Success thread. He'd either be working in Hutt Space as a politician/businessman or in the Republic under a new identity.)
Tusa the Hutt (Travels between Nal Hutta, Bothawui, and Myrkr. Busy doing Imperial stuff.)
Jaka Tyrell (Serving on offensive squadrons in the southern region of the galaxy.)
Cedos Sola (Serving Tusa undercover while he adjusts to his 'new body'. Trying to work past his newfound bouts of uncontrollable rage and agony.)
Dink (Looking for purpose after his sister went AWOL. Never finished a RP.)

As for the roleplay as a whole, I feel it's putting along. People seem to be awful pissed off at each other the past few weeks, which hopefully settles down so we can get some interesting things going.

Donato Mancini (Searching for a job, somthing murder related preferrably. A high moral standing free lancer, looking for some more money to support his family)

Sayga Almeda (Chillin on Tatooine, bout to kill some people because he wants answers about his past that noone but a Bogan or Jedi would have)

Seval Tarik (Currently in the Republic Military Army Barracks, looking for assignments, but bored over all. Thinking about participating in a board mission with someone)

Joro Tamalik (An undercover reporter for a highly acclaimed News Network. Currently looking into war reporting. a big fan of conspiracy, he's willing to get dirty to get his story and report the truth to the people....Its mostly for the money though)


I really want to work on the first two, but I really cant find a rp team lol :CHappy

I'm interested in the bit about Cedos.

At least we've got a new round of battles going. I figure everyone's getting back into the college/school/general-doldrums-of-life after the holidays, so the irritations should settle down soon (once everyone's adjusted back or off to do what they will).

He's one of my favorite characters, and one of the three I refuse to half-ass a post on. :CSly

Hopefully you're right. The Hutts are gearing up for a big battle we'll announce soon, and that might breathe some life back in.
That or it'll poke the bear and we'll see some REAL bickering. :bitchez

These two are quite interesting. Do you have any ideas as to where Joro's going to look for his stories as the war rolls along?
