With the BDZs currently happening, what is the condition of the other planets? Are they also being bombed or is that for later?

Base Delta Zero --- referring to a naval command ordering the complete obliteration of a planet from orbital bombardment.

@Rizzo -- by the end of the Genocide, nearly every Mandalorian planet will be incapable of supporting or sustaining any life.

Meaning Concord Dawn, Shogun, Jakelia, Gargon, etc., are all glassed, irradiated, lumps of dirt.

What about the Mando's? Will they make it of the planets in time?

Some escaped in time. Rom, is it a simultaneous bombing or a campaign?

Bits of both; we struck first at the heart of the Mandalorian sector, the Mandalore system, because that was the definitive clan location we had. The Imperium will be sweeping through the Mandalore system and then moving on to other systems; to discourage and prevent escape, the blockade has been beefed up at all hyperlanes exiting the Mandalorian sector while "attack crews" are placed sporadically around the sector itself to catch any ships trying to exit the sector through unconventional routes.

Mind you, the attack crews are sporadically placed and patrolling large swathes of deep space with only hyperspace mines and such pulling people out of hyperspace. Some who leave the sector wont even encounter those attack crews if they exit out of the sector through the alternate uncharted routes. PCs are fully capable of escaping, along with some NPCs, but the majority of the Mandalorian people will be A) Hemmed in the sector and killed or B) subjugated with prejudice.

Clan Bralor's PCs (and an unknown (but small) number of NPCs) escaped, and are scattered across the galaxy, thanks to blind hyperspace jumps.

I see now, will there be a thread for the other planets or will that just be considered done?

Pointless to have threads for planets where there aren't any PCs on, in my opinion, so they'd most likely be nuked off-screen/behind the scenes.

Tldr. The Mandalorians are going to cry it in one voice. But will be anything but silent.

I recall it being said that comms are being jammed. Is that long range, short range, or both? Also, how are the Imp forces communicating. I'm not complaining, I'm preparing a response and I don't want it to conflict with the existing facts

Long range comms are wiped I know that much. It's unclear whether or not short range are too.

Doesn't matter too much. I'm using the satellites in my clans description to reach Mando's across the galaxy. There's at least one satellite in MS but since they're so passive(they're just relays that transmit signals of certain types, no systems really operating) the signals cannot be tracked since they're always moving. The design makes to where they can't be tracked effectively and further, due to an issue during launch, they moving significantly faster than they were intended to. This means that even the designers don't know where they are. The system was intended to fly for a hundred years without maintenance but they'll run out of planned orbit in about 50 years due to the increased speed. Fully autonomous, untraceable, unarmed, and only useful for transmitting messages you don't mind the galaxy hearing(unless your skilled in Protector codes). They transmit indiscriminately and best of all, they're approved by Lavish. :)
This is part of the propaganda thing I was talking about. They're pretty harmless but they self destruct if you open them, small EMP device. That's it.

All comms are being jammed, apart from the encrypted signals the Imperials operate on, I believe.

Standard operating procedure for any armed forces.

And Rizzo? Mind showing the RP/Thread where such satelites were put in place, and the tech submission required for such potent satelites? Otherwise pulling stuff like that out of nowhere won't fly, just like how Sisk wasn't allowed to claim he had suddenly reversed the log of his ship in an attempt to void the Attack on Clan Renelo.

I do not recall approving anything involving satellites.

Rizzo, just because a satellite is moving doesn't make it so that it can't be tracked. It simply means that some small amount of extra effort has to be made to triangulate the source of the satellites. Any competent military will find that to be a trivial exercise.

Additionally, if Lavi didn't sign off on those satellites (and I certainly haven't seen them in my tech boards) then I don't think you've any right to use them.

Well that sucks. It never made it onto the board before or even after approval. FML I'm SOL once more. I quit
