Gienn was presumably born on Coruscant, though this information has been subject to much speculation. Whether orphaned and found, or simply given to the Jedi, he resided in the temple there shortly after birth. Raised by the monastic monks, Gienn flourished as a resourceful, if not arrogant, young man. At the age of seven, he accompanied a Jedi Knight to the undercity, in order to learn the path of peace and selflessness through helping others.
While traversing the infested slums, the Jedi fell under attack. It is unknown whether the attack was issued by terrorist, thugs, or any of the other dark elements who characterized such a dark setting. An explosion rang out, incapacitating the Knight and sending Gienn into shock. He tried to fight, but instead found himself skull to stock with a blaster rifle. Darkness took him.
Gienn awoke and began to survey the horrific stage of durasteel fragments and blaster scorch marks. He hobbled over to the Knight, who had apparently been killed rather swiftly. His lightsaber was still clamped on his belt. Gienn felt frightened, and although he was physically unharmed, save for a few bruises and a bad headache, the experience of seeing the face of death sobered him. He took the lightsaber from his dead companion, and fled to hide in the undercity.
For years, Gienn survived on scraps and stolen food. He quickly learned to live on his own, and when he saw others like him, orphans and outcasts, he became angry. Angry at the Jedi for not saving these people, angry at himself for being weak, and the only way he could vent his rage was to free the others from their torment. He believed he was doing them a service, slaughtering the men, women, and children who had so little. What little they had soon came into Gienns possession, and began to add up. Credits, food, weapons, Gienn took it all and traded what he didn't need with the black market dealers who frequented the area. Then, one day, someone approached him.
Seven years after leaving the Jedi, Gienn was freed from the slums. He was taken in by a Sith, who'd observed the malicious strength with which he dispatched all who were in his way. The Sith, an assassin by the name of K'Gen Durnen, taught Gienn to wield a lightsaber, to strike from the shadows, and to use the Force to do his bidding. He quickly rose to prominence among the other acolytes, and flourished under K'Gens training.
Eleven years had past, and Gienn went once more to see his master. Another, more powerful Sith, was already present, arguing with K'Gen about his lack of knowledge. The argument quickly escalated, and K'Gen was defeated. Gienn stood over his master, scowling at the assassin who now appeared weak. The other Sith, Jevv Gormaus, placed a hand on Gienns shoulder. He told the young acolyte that K'Gen was weak and foolish, and that the only thing he had ever done was stalk in the shadows. Gienn delivered the final blow, killing his master in anger, and ascending to the rank of Crusader.
He never spoke with Jevv after that, as he had nothing to learn from him. He left behind the ways of the assassin, and took on an apprentice named Philli'p. He saw great potential in the boy, and guided him in the Force.
Gienn and Philli'p quickly gained renown amongst the other crusaders and acolytes, who knew them to be a formidable team. The two embarked on numerous excursions, slaughtering a tribe of Tusken Raiders, and even bringing down Salazar, a Zabrak Sniper from the Junni Vhin Jo. Gienn had laid plans and expressed them to Philli'p, and now the two are continuing on their path to power and influence in hopes to execute their plans with efficiency.

WISDOM: 7/10, he is somewhat philosophical, and he certainly learns from mistakes, but he is not impervious to mental attacks.

FORCE POWERS:
Gienn has accumulated a vast arsenal of knowledge on how to eviscerate enemies. His study of the darker abilities have seen him rise to formidable control and power. He has recently experienced Dark Transfer, when he imbued his apprentice with all his own energy, as well as the energy around him. He has taken to containing energy as well, diving into the tutaminis ability quickly.
Gienn can also perform fairly advanced levels of telekinesis, able to kill enemies with a quick snap, or lift a small starfighter. He can also conjure lightning at a lethal level, and he can stun multiple opponents for a brief time. Gienns ability to conceal himself both visibly and in the Force is well respected amongst the other Sith.
Gienn is also highly proficient in all the core abilities.
SKILLS:
Gienn is a very skilled assassin, dexterous, nimble, and quick.
He can also interrogate prisoners fairly well, and rarely kills them until they reveal desired knowledge.
His understanding of sith alchemy is increasing daily.

PERSONALITY:
Gienn is quiet and solitary. He prefers to work alone and doesn't like help from others. Due to his history, he hates Jedi and anyone promising 'peace'. The Sith code sums up his philosophy, as that is how he was raised. He responds to weakness with anger, deception with direct confrontation, and sorrow with criticism. He doesn't joke around, and is pretty strict with the acolytes. The only beings he respects are his superiors.

Philli'p Romites
Philli'p is Gienn's true apprentice. Where there is Gienn, there is Philli'p. Unlike the others, Philli'p is not simply a means for Gienn to rise through the rank on his own, he sees real potential in the acolyte. Their apprenticeship will last long after Philli'p becomes a Crusader, and even after Gienn is a Master. It his Gienns hope that he will obtain mantle of Dark Lord of the Sith, and he has chosen Philli'p as his predecessor.

These acolytes vary in their talents and personalities, and Gienn is only training them due to an obligation to the Sith Empire.
