Earlier today, the Republic Central Command released a statement regarding the capture of Hutt Grand Admiral Poknor Tiwsferum. Through a combined effort of three Jedi and a squad of Special Forces, who will not be named to protect their safety, the Grand Admiral was cornered and captured on an unspecified world outside of Republic Space.
Utilizing a pair of old but highly capable Sviet-class gunships, provided by Mohatu Transport Services, our Special Forces were able to surround and swiftly defeat the Grand Admiral's personal guards without any considerable difficulty. No Republic casualties have been reported, while the death toll on the Hutt Side is over a dozen of their so-called 'elite guard', whom one of the Jedi, a Cathar Female, described as 'elite roadbumps.'
Admiral Tiwsferum has been transported to an unspecified ultramax security compound deep within Republic Space. The Grand Admiral has, reportedly, provided a considerable amount of valuable intelligence on Hutt naval forces and their strengths and weaknesses. However, his willingness to co-operate has done him little good - CENCOM has stated that he is a war criminal and will stand trial for dozens of assorted crimes. While they are being vague about many of these charges, they did make it clear that he is being charged with mass murder, and thus it is likely that Admiral Tiwsferum will be executed by hanging at the conclusion of his trial.
In other news, CENCOM wishes to remind all Republic Citizens to be wary, to be suspicious, and to report all potential Hutt activity to the nearest security station. Remember, silence kills - your information could save lives. Speak up, speak out; it could be the difference between victory or enslavement by the Hutts!
