Hayvan vs Roblio Darte

[Cailst]

Hayvan stood on the bridge of a large capital ship. The bridge was large and airy and many lights were on inside the ship. Lights were necessary as the ship was far from the nearest star and it would be very dark on it without the lights. It was at the boundary of two oort clouds which are the ultimate extentions of the gravity of the stars and all that was there were a few comets drifting.

Hayvan's opponent was a man known as Roblio Darte. Roblio was a jedi apprentice, Hayvan was a jedi knight which was ironic considering that Hayvan was seven years younger. Roblio was from Dantooine and Hayvan from Tatooine.

Then Hayvan got ready for his fight and breifly stopped meditating to get up and get ready to fight. He had all his equipment ready for the duel though most would be useless for knocking others over.

"The terms are that in order to win, you must knock your opponent down two out of three times. I'm ready for the fight, are you?" Hayvan calmly and confidently said through his translator as he was a jawa and couldn't speak basic that well.

(OOC: Could I RP with a lightsaber? Considering the one lightsaber I own is hundreds of years old and I haven't built myself a lightsaber yet.)

Roblio looked at the Jedi Knight. He knew that the Knight was extremely more experienced that him, but Rob hoped that rank would go out the window in the tournament and and all out fight was all that was needed to win.

"I'm ready to fight, any other terms apart from the first person to the ground three times?"

 

[Cailst]

ooc: sure, you can use a lightsaber

ic: "No death, if either of us get seriously injured, we will heal each other to the best of our abilities after the fight. Do you agree to these terms?" Hayvan said in a calm and astute voice.

It did seem a lot of his tools and weapons would be useless to the fight such as his blaster pistol and lightsaber as those are more for killing and wounding rather than knocking the opponent down. Much of it would probably be in the force and the simple speed agility and strength. Still, despite being a jawa, he had a chance with his brain, his body, and his weapons to defeat his noble foe.

"I like those terms alot. I guess I'll take the first shot towards you then."

Roblio kept it quite simple, he was distanced enough so that a lightsaber fight wouldn't brake out immediately but what Rob could do was just a force push towards the legs to try and get Hayvan down.

Hayvan was initially pushed by the force push but then he used force pull on himself to keep himself balanced and lightly hit the wall behind him. He suffered no pain or any hurt from the light tap. Then he made a force push at all of Roblio hoping to trip him over the bench that was behind Roblio.

At first Rob was felt the overwhelming feeling of falling backwards towards the ground. He turned around to face the ground that he was slowly falling towards. Rob put his arm out to stop the fall and jumped back up whilst turning around to face Hayvan.

Rob grabbed his lightsaber and switched it on. Rob attempted to force push Hayvan's lightsaber out of his holster on Hayvan's belt so he couldn't use it.

Hayvan let the lightsaber leave his holster, he wouldn't need it and he knew exactly where it was so he could retrieve it at any moment. Then he slowly and very quietly lifted the bench with the force behind Roblio and then when it was in position, he used force pull to whack the arm rest against the back of Roblio's head which would knock him unconscious.

Rob threw the lightsaber to the side as he noticed the bench that was behind started to move towards his head. He knew he had no defense against it and so he just let the chair hit him and almost knock him out. Things went fuzzy and Rob felt light headed. With the last tiny bit of stregth he had left he threw the chair at Hayvan hopefully knocking him out as well. Rob fell to the ground not even trying to stop it.

With the chair flying at him, Hayvan started moving to the right but as he was moving, the chair hit the right half of him. He was hurt by the chair but not immensly so as he was still quite conscious and aware. Then he leaned against the wall till he was sure that he was fully ready to get back to fighting. While he was waiting, he began injecting strength and dexterity stimluants into himself to get ready to fight again.

Seeing Roblio on the ground, Hayvan saw that his first knock down was complete. However, he would need to knock him down a second time to win.

Rob saw that his attempt to hit Hayvan to the ground with the bench was un-successful. He used the force to pull Hayvan's lightsaber into Rob's holster while he held his lightsiber. Rob ingnited his lightsaber empowered himself with emotion and ran straight for Hayvan with a look on his face that said 'I'm going to plow you down.' In this state of speed and anger Rob was almost un-stoppable by the force, if you pushed him his body would just stabilize itself because of the speed and weight of Roblio, if you pulled him he would jump forward with it to empower it moving quicker than hayvan would expect.

 

[Cailst]

Though still slightly weakened by the chair, the stimulants were working and Hayvan could move faster than before.

Seeing Roblio in his mad charge, Hayvan deftly dodged to the left of the charging padawan. Then he used force push on Roblio that would push him into the wall that Roblio was charging at.

 

[Ilikepie]

Hayvan's force push did almost nothing but make it even harder for Rob to turn to his left. Rob took a quick swing with his lightsaber towards Hayvan's right arm.

 

[Cailst]

Hayvan quickly dodged out of the way of the lightsaber and did a force jump backwards. As he was falling, he did a force pull on his lightsaber to pull it into his holster. The place where he was on top of a light that was very attached to the ceiling. Then, Hayvan decided to turn off the light with force telekinisis since he knew where the switch was. However, he did have sonar and infrared on his visor so he could see fine even without light.

The fight was turning out to be slightly harder than what it first seemed since Roblio went down so easily the first time. Though it was about as hard as Hayvan originally thought it would be.

Rob switched his lightsaber off; it would allow Hayvan to see him. Rob quickly but silently ran to the wall so that he was behind and below Hayvan, a perfect time to attack. Rob jumped upwards towards the light and switched on his lightsaber so quickly and silently that he surprised himself at how fast he did it. Rob was attempting to cut Hayvan in half even though Rob knew that that wouldn't happen as lightsabers in official duels would do nothing more than burn skin.

 

[Cailst]

As Rob was running around quietly, Hayvan was watching him with his infrared vision visor. He turned around watching Rob run around his light. As Rob was doing that, he snapped the cords off of the lights with his lightsaber and held the lights up with the force. He then began spinning his lights so that when Rob jumped up to him, he would be hit by the lights as he was doing it.

(OOC: You mixed up my name in the first sentence :).)

Rob saw the light coming for his body. Rob did what came by instinct to him and sawed the light half with his lightsaber. ((If your standing on top of the light that should get rid of your balance.)) Rob attempted to singe Hayvan's right side before they both came down to land on the ground, hopefully one not on his feet.

 

[Cailst]

Seeing the light get cut in half, Hayvan jumped off it and came to a somewhat rocky landing but was able to keep himself up by using his hands. He was a good distance away and was able to see Rob and the lights fall from where they were. He then picked both halves of the lights with the force and then used both of them to slam into the right and left sides of Rob's head and that was likely to knock him out.

Rob almost fell to his knees, but half way to the ground he used the force to suspend himself as he quickly regained a full mind. He stood up and switched off his lightsaber, he then used the force to push both pieces of the light into Hayvan and hopefully also pushing Hayvan into the wall behind him.

While he and Hayvan had been fighting in the dark Rob had found the emergency power switch and after his brutal push towards Hayvan he used lifted his hand using the force to turn the emergency power on, light had been restored.

As the peices of the lights were coming towards Hayvan, he did another force jump as the lights passed under him. Then he ripped two more lights from the ceiling with the force and attempted to do the same thing to Rob as he did before only with bigger lights. Also, he was going to maintain control of them after he would hit so he could hit Rob again.

Hayvan noticed that the lights turned on again and put his infrared visor up as he didn't need it for the moment.
