Hello everyone, I don't have much experience with roleplaying but I write quite often, so hopefully I won't stick out like a sore thumb (although that's pretty inevitable). I'm not exactly sure what I'm supposed to include in this post, so I'll make it simple.
I like to write about things that are often considered taboo, so forgive me if I write some "controversial" things every now and then. (I'll try to keep it relatively tame, but please let me know if I take it too far .)
I've had trouble in the past when it came to writing dialogue, so I wouldn't be surprised if I took a long time thinking of what my character might say in a thread. In fact, I decided to start roleplaying because I'd hoped it would improve my capabilities.
Lastly, I'd like to create an Imperial as my first character, however, I'm unsure how to go about doing so. If anyone's willing to provide some guidance on how to create a character that feels "authentic," I'd be more than willing to receive their advice. (This one's more of a cry for help rather than a fact about myself.)
