I have a question regarding a New Sith Imperium-aligned cyborg character.

I want to make a character who is an experimental Imperial cyborg (a revamp of an old project), but do I need permission to be anything other than a stormtrooper/officer or a Sith? Just wondering. I can make him retired if I'm not allowed to have him currently serving.

Depends on the tech. If basic, it should be okay as a normal application. Otherwise you'll need to post a tech application.

The tech basically enhances his, like, agility. He has steel claws on his hands.

It enhances his hearing and sight, too.
