I have a Countess from Sereno that I have was playing with the idea of bring her but didn't know if those kind of characters are welcome or even get a lot of rp out of since be more of the tight House like any idea or even feed back would be great.

What?

Just some friendly advice: I'd recommend using proper punctuation so that your posts read more clearly. That way other members can understand what you are trying say.

I believe she has Dyslexia.

Anyways, I don't really have many plans for the new timeline character wise. Thought of a main Mandalorian Character and a lot of NPCs

Generally speaking, characters like that don't get a lot of use. There have been instances of people trying to write Counts/Countesses and Senators or other similar political figures, but they don't usually go far.

As for characters for the next timeline, I have a Jedi planned, and I'll be bringing back my current character - albeit under different circumstances and with a different focus.

Yeah, I have a character who's a Count of Serenno and I had to get him involved with the Waste Rangers because there wasn't anything I could do with him otherwise. You have to do other things with them besides politics since there's not really a way to have a platform for them here.

I'm looking to completely rehash my Cathar Jedi, throwing more curveballs into his origin than before. The Reader's Digest version is that Rhonan's home-tree was assaulted by a mando extremist group, he and his kin taken captive. By the time a Jedi finds him and liberates the slave camp, he's nearly sub-sentient at that point. Over a year of physical and mental therapy have him somewhat recovered, at least enough to be considered for training. Much of his development would be fully recovering from the physical and psychological wounds inflicted upon him, using Jedi practices to heal over time. Sticking with the Star Wars-Campbell theme of Sic Parvis Magna.
If anyone has a hardass Jedi Knight in mind for next timeline, that'd be a good mentor for him to have :3

Depending on timeline, I'll have a gunslinger/mercenary up as well.

I'm conflicted about what my characters will be next timeline. I now have my main, Anthoni, he is my only character and I comeplelty hate him right about now. I am just such a bad writer, looking back I see a lot or mistakes I made in him and honestly I want to slap myself.

I made him and he had no motivation at all. I read @Green Ranger post about character creation and you, and it honestly helped me alot.

So ya I am completely going to rehash Anthoni, make home everything I wanted him to be. He was a Jedi at the start in this timeline, then he went bad. Next timeline he will start a Sith, then turn Jedi. I want him to be redeemed and I want to explore http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/TheAtoner

My next guy will be a sad angry man who hates criminals so much he is on the verge of becoming a criminal. I read this link and loved it http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/HeWhoFightsMonsters

So ya those are my two characters and there basics. I honestly can not wait for them to realese some info about the next timeline, that way I can delve deeper into their backstory.

Assuming Coruscant is a viable planet next timeline I want to redo Omiya, she's gonna be very different but I haven't put too much thought into it just yet. Might even make her a he instead.

I also want to have a Jedi, either a non humanoid or a very short alien species since I love a challenge when it comes to writing. The stranger the species the more difficult it can be to write them, but at the same time it forces you to think and get to know your character in ways most humanoid species aren't always capable of doing. No matter what skin or hair color, it's a lot easier to describe what a humanoid punching someone looks like, but if your character is a plant or squid looking creature, it can get really interesting.

I am thinking about redoing Vaxvesh, and make him someone that has a lot of internal issues so that it can be more interesting for me to write him.

I am dying to see what an insucure Vaxvesh looks like. To be honest man writing a character with internal problems like attachment disorder, emotional detatchment or trust issues is my favorite type of characters. But do not do what I did.

I made Anthoni's emotional problems completely ruin his relationship with other characters. Like he was to afraid to love people because he was afraid of loosing them. Also when another character is trying to HELP your character, let them. Cause like I said he will end up alone, sad, and angry *cough* Anthoni *cough*

Although I will say if you find someone I mean a character that also has emotional problems, like scars from her past. Then go with it, there are great stories out there if you mix your character with that one. Nothing makes a good love story like two broken people trying to fix each other.

I thank @EmilyHuene for her characters, cause without her three women, Anthoni would be a shell of a man.

I'm gonna make an evil genius whose plans keep on backfiring and end up helping the good guys instead. He ultimately realizes he was the hero the Galaxy needed all along and turns to the light side, only to finally become the messiah of evil that he was always meant to be. :)

I also like characters with depth! I made a character a few months back when I knew the timeline was ending just to test drive him. When I remake him for the new timeline, I am going to be super excited. For most of he life he got tossed around, labeled a half breed, and was blind for the majority of his life. His social skills are pretty stunted because of that so he has a hard time connecting to other people. He also has a hard time reading people's body language.

Maybe next timeline we can do a role play or two, see where it goes.

I had an idea of a Miraluka at first, but the whole canon races and stuff got me thinking. So now, I'm making a human force sensitive who intentionally blinded themselves in order to enhance their own force senses.

I want to make a Lurmen Jedi. I have a few ideas for his background but it really depends on the timeline. One thing is for certain though, he'll be an overly apologetic and pacifist Jedi. I want him to focus more on the spirituality and philosophy of the Force rather than combative ability.

That is actually pretty interesting. It'd be cool for our characters to meet.

My Miraluka/Human half breed Aldric is force sensitive, but because of the genetic defects brought on by his parents having him left him blind and without the innate force sense Miraluka use to see. I took my cues from a few canon, (but I guess not canon now?) Miraluka/Human half breeds who had similar conditions.

I like that idea. I think some people take for granted that aspect of the Jedi life. Their main purpose was not to fight. So yes I imagine a character like that being a leader or teacher. If I were you I'd start him old and wizened. Maybe the Admins will let you start him off at a Knight level, with the new timeline starting soon there will be a rush of padawans and and very little teachers to see them grow to knighthood. This means your guy can fill that gap and maybe guide those young Jedi into the right path.

Just my two cents, but I am interested in your character so far.

Thanks for the imput, honestly I'd have to talk it over with the admins/Jedi Fl/Jedi AFLs if I was going to make him a Jedi Knight. Personally I hadn't thought about that and even then I'd still want to RP him as a padawan for a little while first, just to flesh out the character. I was kind of hoping Coruscant would be a viable planet to start on. I'm thinking of having him (I haven't come up with a name yet) a pet of a wealthy aristocrat's family. Kind of like the reverse of the little girl from the Planet of the Apes movie. Then have a Jedi sense a Force sensitive in their family but it turns out to be him.
