I'm new and I need some answers

I'll keep this short, this is my first ever time roleplaying, and have a few questions when making my character:
1 - Are bounty hunters allowed in this and if so, how do I be one?
2 - Is the Zabrak race allowed in this (I didn't see it in the banned race list, but just to make sure)
3 - Can I have a jetpack?
4 - The story of this is set after darth vader and emperor palatines death right?
5 - Can I have tonnes of bounty hunter gadgets like rockets and flamthrowers etc?

To preface, in about a month or two, we will be clean slate 'timeswitching' to a time BEFORE Darth Vader and the jedi order of the prequels.

To answer your questions in order, yes there are bounty hunters, and yes you may be one. Our own @Kiro is making a guild even for the next time line.

You can be a zabrak, no worries.

Yes, jet packs are awesome, have one :D

Currently, it is, but we are about two months away from a timeswitch.

I would make sure you write out in your character's biography how he got each of his gadgets, but yes, you can be a zabrak bounty hunter batman. :D
