I've seen a lot of threads being based on the same worlds over and over, and I kinda want to throw some spice into the mix regarding the rebels and Jedi in particular at the moment. I have some ideas floating around that I still need to hammer out, but first of I want to see if anyone would even be interested in doing a thread of any kind on a couple of worlds such as Aquilaris, Cerea, Elrood, and Nedij.

Anything from social threads or training threads to missions and long term endeavors such as setting up a safe house for the Jedi/Rebels, and anything else. I'd love to hear ideas or even more planets, but for the time being I'm gonna try and figure out a thread for each of the planets I've mentioned.

Aquilaris has abandoned floating cities and even an underwater city thats in ruins after it sank to the ocean floor. The outsider citadels of Cerea offer the perfect chance for the Jedi and Rebels to show that they can protect peaceful peoples by dismantling a criminal gang that is prominent in one of the citadels, and can even negotiate between the criminals and the Council of Elders, Cerea's leading body of government. Elrood is perfect for setting up a rebel base or Jedi Enclave, secretly of course, and would open up a new location to train. Nedij could serve as a rebel outpost and offer a more wild place to venture if one is so inclined.

I'm taking a special interest in fan created planets

For sure. While I'm neither Jedi, nor Rebellion, I'm all for the idea of culminating more planets into the RP beyond the standard two dozen or so worlds that everyone knows and enjoys. If you need any help, I'd love to assist. I personally think death worlds would make for exciting, action based RP; worlds like Kashyyyk, Felucia, Rodia, and any other planet known for harsh environments, dangerous wildlife, and violent lifestyles.

Sounds great, I have ideas for the four worlds I've mentioned, and I'm looking to bring in as many site-fanon worlds as possible. I was actually going to include Rodia, but I wasn't sure, if you want to, go ahead and write up some thread/mission ideas meant to test people's metal. Once I'm done with the four above I'm gonna look for some worlds in Imperium space, don't want to leave anyone out.

In that case, I could always develop a world specifically intended for the purpose of quote unqoute, "Metal Testing". Perhaps death-world classification, uninhabitable due to local dangers besides for small, primitive settlements, orbital stations, or for the very strongest species who are adapted for such violent conditions.

So far I was thinking something on Rodia such as a distress signal and the horrors of the night. I was also looking at the Witchlands of [thread=59347]Avelon[/thread] for Imperium PCs, craziness for the crazies lol.

For sure. Rescue missions of downed ships, and the like work well for those kind of worlds, or even maroonings. Radio transmissions could also be in effect for say, weapons caches hidden on the world that become activated by some event. Pirates opening the cache, some beastie making its way inside somehow, or the like.

I kinda like the idea of a Rodian hunting troupe ambushing weary off-worlders. Muhahaha ;)

Here is a rough sketch for my idea of a 3-5 set of missions for the rebels set on Aquilaris.

Rebel Mission Pack

Governess Malkia Ya’Uhuru of Aquilaris has sent out an encoded message hoping it would reach the Rebel Alliance. Her people have found an old factory on one of the abandoned floating cities. This factory still appears to be operational, however this city is not as abandoned as the Governess would like her people to believe, pirates hold up in some of the districts, and Ya’Uhuru fears there may be underwater tunnels connecting the city to the old capital, and thusly to the new capital. Governess Malkia Ya’Uhuru fears for the safety of her people, but Aquilaris does not have any army to fight off the pirates. If we can get a team into the tunnels to sabotage the tunnel connecting the two capitals and a couple teams to clear the pirates from their base in and around the factory, the Governess will allow us to set up a base in the abandoned city and use the factory to repair our smaller spaceships. Aquilaris could prove useful to us.

Cerea

Three part mission, Jedi, Rebel, Sith

Jedi, Rebel
The Council of Elders on Cerea have caught word of the Rebel movement, and in keeping true to their history, they wish to offer any aid they can, at a price however. They will not follow us blindly and require that we prove to them we are legitimate. In the past few weeks one of the Outsider Citadels dangerously close to Tecave City the capital, has gone rogue. The Council of Elders hopes a Jedi or two would be able to pacify this small group of rebels, possibly negotiate an agreement between the two groups. The Order has received Intel suggesting sith influence, if the Jedi are unsuccessful there will be a team of rebels to offer assistance if needed. The Council of Elders has offered 2 dozen advanced Cerean Soldiers trained in Shyarn-ado, the traditional Ceran art of swordplay with the shyarn.

Sith

The Imperium could use Cerea’s fertile land to feed its empire, you have been sent to one of the Outsider Citadels to raise anti-Cerean sentiments and spark a small rebellion forcing the planet into chaos so the Imperium can take advantage of the situation to provide “stability.” However you have heard word of Jedi and rebels sending some people to help negotiate between the Council of Elders and the people of the rogue citadel. The people want to farm and live better lives, if the Rebels can convince the Council to agree to the terms your mission will fail, do not let this happen.

Elrood

Jedi

There has been a few terrorist attacks on Elrood as of late, nothing is known of the culprits, but they have bombed the starport in Lodos and the headquarters of Transsector Lines Limited in Dinbar. The Elroodian Government fears the Elrood Bazaar in Elrooden may be next. Go there and stop any act of terrorism that may come your way, we could use some allies.

I don't really want to give too much information on this, as I have a few plot twists rolling around in my head.

Sounds good, but I'm just tossing ideas at the moment, but it is good to know there is interest :)

Nedij

Jedi

A Nediji Jedi Knight went into exile years ago on his homeworld of Nedij. The Order has received a distress signal and a transmission, and dispatched a Jedi Knight and a few padawans to rescue the exiled knight. He is hold up in a small cave in the mountains, and Nedij is a snowy world, so the rescue team has been outfitted with appropriate clothing. The knight made mention of something dangerous, but we weren't able to make out the rest of his transmission.

The Jedi Knight on the rescue team will need to be an NPC unless someone is willing to let their character die, but if a padawan with medical training or advanced force healing abilities tags along then they can survive. This will be death and maim enabled.

That Rebel mission pack sounds pretty interesting. That would definitely be something I would be interested in doing.

Glad to hear it.

Care to have a Kushari in on any of these? :3

Not really my place to say, I just want to see more variety in the threads, once I have all the details hammered out on one of the missions, I'll hand them over to their respective factions. I will of course be more than willing to NPC and/or advise anyone on the direction of a thread/mission.

Rodia

[unfactioned, up to whoever I suppose]

Rodia is a planet known for its inhospitable environments and dangerous creatures, forcing its citizens to live in massive dome-cities to remain separated from the violent wilds. Merchants often travel to the planet for their industrious weapon markets and the exotic beast trade, and it is considered a prime trade stop along the border of the Mid and Outer Rim by both legal corporations and smugglers. A fairly young trade-dome has recently had a series of disappearances of freighters docking for trade with the local arms merchants and beast handlers, and there has been no evidence as to their whereabouts. Taking the identity of a new trader looking to set up a deal with these markets, travel to the trade-dome, known as Koobis Wald, and find out what is happening to the merchants and their vessels. If the source is deemed treacherous, find a solution to cease the disappearances.

Sounds like a lot of fun on any of these, I'd like to put up another planet for thought, Taris.

...to offer a possibility, you guys could do missions on the planet of Dentaal, which is divided politically and more than likely to have Rebel sympathisers. You'd also have my total grace to go adventuring, without as much red tape or double checking of what went on previously at a planet. Stuff like Rodia actually has a few mild connections to the Rebellion right now.

Alternatively, if you wanna do something really different, stage something from the rebel bases within imperial space. Yes, we have a couple of those.
