So I previously posted my thoughts and a few story lines over here , for the Cartel membership to enjoy, but it seems to have broken down and ground to a halt so I'm opening it up to any contractors out there who might be interested in joining. I also would like to put this up to the community at large, and id love to hear what you guys think and see if we can write out an amazing and fun story...
