Issue with sub account

Hi,
I just submitted an RP post under my sub account Rexxus yet it posted it as my OOC account. I cannot delete it, modify it, or edit it to correct it. What do I need to do?

Hmmm... your sub-account is set up properly. It looks like you posted with your main account by mistake. @Dmitri can switch your post over to your sub-account, or any admin can.

Just make sure to double-check if you're posting with the correct account next time. Here are a few ways you can do that:

You can switch over to your sub-account with the drop down menu, that way you can ensure you're posting with it.

You can check the corner of the posting box.

Lastly, you can make sure if you have the correct account selected on the posting page.

So I was under Rexxus when I made the post. I submitted it and was prompted to the drop-down which had only two selections. Storyteller and Stryker. I chose stryker.

Maybe your sub-account wasn't promoted to the character usergroup when you tried to post at the time—it takes about 10 minutes to get promoted. It looks like it has been promoted and it's all set up properly now. You shouldn't have any issues posting with it. If the issue persists, let us know and we'll look into it.
