Loa scratched off the next item on her list; she had volunteered to go into the city to gather supplies for the Sanctuary even though Silas thought it was a bad idea. However, Loa was beginning to wonder if everything she did now was a bad idea to Silas because he seemed more on edge lately. Though it probably didn't help that she was taking a few liberties where she could get them. She was craving exploration, her training was not helping as she could hear the Force more strongly every day as she continued to practice. There were nudges now that told her where she needed to go in order to find answers; at times, she found this frightening and confusing, but Silas has been helping her better understand these feelings she had been having.

She placed the bottle back in her bag as well as her pen and paper, stuffing it safely between the items she had gathered; her hand explored, making room for the paper as she felt another piece crumpled at the bottom. She knew what it was and went to pull it out and it tore. Her own Jedi Code; she knew she could write it on another piece of paper, but there was something about this first piece, that made it extra special. Perhaps it was because Silas approved of it. Loa lined the torn edges together and sighed, but her eyes widened as she got an idea. Turning around, Loa went back into the shop to get some clear tape. Though as she laid down the credits, she felt her senses wash over her, her eyes drawing to the window, but saw no one there.

Thanking the store owner, she left once more; she needed to complete the list, but the feeling was strong and as she walked in the opposite direction, she couldn't shake the feeling, so she turned around and followed it, leading her towards the docking yards.

Heart thundering, breaths heaving with exertion, Nyx ran with agile speed. But she was fast becoming tired, having already been running for an extended period of time. Sweat was beading down her fast, especially when she began ducking and diving in and out of the crowds. Against her better judgement, the kiffar dared to steal a glance behind her. How she regretted it. Trailing her like a pack of kath hounds was a trio of yowling Zabraks, and they were not happy. Perhaps it had something to do with the stolen merchandise stashed in her improvised rucksack, but honestly could be a many number of reasons.

With some moderate degree of skill, the blue eyed girl nimbly evaded her pursuers. Thinking on her feet, quite literally, she had a sharp change in direction. She couldn't explain what made her alter her course, nor why she felt compelled to enter the nearby dockyard. Still, her instincts had never lead her wrong before. More than likely, they had kept her alive.

So Nyx kept running, volting over crates and skidding around the various obstacles. If not the element of impending danger, she might have enjoyed this little game of cat and mouse. But still, she couldn't shake this feeling, it was such a strange sensation, one she didn't get often. It was...she was closing in on something? Again, the Kiffar cast her gaze about, wondering just what exactly was the source of this...ripple?

She didn't have time to really contemplate; no sooner had she refocused herself did she realise she was on a crash course for some girl. "Kriff!"

Skidding to a halt, the girl with painted eyes blinked her adolescent counterpart. Nyx wasn't sure if she recognised her or not, yet something was...familiar? She didn't have time to give it much thought; the shouts of the Zabraks had grown surprisingly close.

"There! Look, there's two of them!"
"Get them!"

"Uh oh...I'd run if I were you!" The Kiffar took off once more, urging the girl to follow her. If she was smart, she'd listen. Zabraks weren't exactly known for their patient reasoning...

This area was unfamiliar to Loa as she squeezed between crates and equipment, climbing carefully as she tried to find a point to figure out where she was at, though what she concluded, was not the main road through. The feeling that she had originally followed had gotten stronger as though it were telling her she was going in the right direction, yet it was an odd one. She glanced up to see a ship coming in to dock and swiftly moved her way to an exit which lead her back to the main road. Loa sighed with happiness, but as she turned, she nearly collided with another girl about her age with blue painted eyes.

The dark haired girl felt herself naturally reaching, her instincts kicking in as the Force flowed through her body, much like how Silas had been training her in the recent weeks. Her light eyes narrowed in thought, trying to figure out where she had seen her face before, but the yelling pulled her attention and the blue eyed girl told her to run. "Hey!" Loa felt herself explode with questions, but something else kicked in, these guys were chasing her, and they didn't look interested in being friends. The energy Loa had pooled up emitted from an extended palm, the Force energy smacked unexpectedly into the zabraki men, knocking them off their feet.

"Ohhh..." her eyes light up with shock, "Yeah!" she exclaimed, excited about her use of the Force, "Did you see that!" she turned to look at the other girl and then back at the Zabraki who were getting back to their feet, they now were hollering something about a Jedi. She had a bad feeling sink in her stomach and decided it would be best to jet. For once her fifteen mile runs for being fifteen minutes late to training was paying off as she took off, catching up with Esther and taking her hand as she pulled the girl along to find somewhere safe to hide.

"C'mon, over here!" she spoke, taking a turn onto a docking pad and up a ramp of the ship that was resting currently. Once on board, she hit the ramp lock, shutting it and hoping the zabraki will over look their hiding spot.

Nyx barely had time to register who or what she had just collided with. If they weren't an immediate threat, they weren't worth her time; she had more pressing to address, such as the angry pair of Zabraks currently chasing after her. Yet something made her pause for a moment, that feeling again, it was here. She glanced around, looking for a obvious source. Automatically, her eyes landed on the girl she had just left behind. Her?

Nyx wasn't quite sure what was going on. Why would her instincts lead her to this girl? She looked around the same age as her but other than that the Kiffar couldn't make a straightforward link. Were the two of them somehow...connected? Nyx didn't have time to think it over. The horn heads were gaining ground and the girl hadn't moved an inch. "Come on, what are you waiting for? Run!"

She didn't know why she egging the girl on, she didn't know the human. On the streets on Nar Shaddaa, you only looked after yourself. It was massif eat massif world in the slums. Sentients and loyalties only weighed you down, only way to survive was through cunning and pure grit. Sometimes that met stepping on someone's toes, sometimes it meant literally stepping on people and leaving them behind. If Nyx had any sense, she'd have left the girl in her just, maybe even hoping the Zabraks would grab her instead. But it seems the mean streets hadn't robbed her of her humanity just yet. Skidding to a halt, the kiffar doubled back, looking for a weapon, anything at all. She was readying herself for a fight.

But there was no need to seemed. The girl...she could use the 'magic' too! She sent those two creep flying. Nyx almost cheered for her, until she noted the attention of bystanders. Her mother had always warned her about this, about revealing her power out in the open like that. It was asking for trouble and it looks like that's exactly what they got. "Oh yeah, I saw it alright. So did everyone else! Run!"

Nyx took off again once more, following the girls' lead, hoping she knew what she was doing. Scampering aboard, the Kiffar waited until the ramp was fully secure before finally expelling a sigh of relief. She panted hard, having been running for the good part of a hour. She had to hand it to those Zabraks, they were stubborn as Hoth. Nyx wasn't sure how much longer she could have outrun them. Crawling lowly to one of the observation ports, Nyx peeked her nose over the edge, watchful of their pursuers. They were lurking outside, hollering and hassling locals until finally they dashed off, perhaps chasing a lead.

With the coast clear, the Kiffar sighed again, nearly collapsing right then and there from exhaustion. "Well...That was fun."
