">" is the "greater than" sign in math. What I meant, therefore, was that Facebook is greater than MySpace, because it is. MySpace is just a place for thirteen year olds to be all LOL OMG DID U SEE HER SHOES or OMG Y DOESNT BILLY LIKE ME?!?!?1

Maybe you don't have 13 year old friends.

It'd be kinda weird if I did, but "thirteen year old girl" wasn't meant to be taken literally. That's a term that a lot of people use to describe idiot girls who do what I said earlier.

On a less pedophilic topic. Myspace I like better simply because it's more custamizable with html and all that. I tried facebook but eh idk I didn't like it. Also if you don't accept friends requests of 13 yr old girls...well there aren't going to be any messages from them et cetera on there so I don't see how thats a viable argument as to which is better.

They're still there though, which is a testament to why MySpace is so much less professional than Facebook is.

I hate both. They are both pointless. If I want to meet people, I can go walk outside.

Okay, so you're assuming that everyone on MySpace or Facebook is there because they're not going to associate with real people? If so, no. I'm on Facebook to stay in contact with my friends, many of whom I hardly ever see.

No, I am saying it is kind of pointless since you can go meet people who really are what they say. Sometimes.

It's called a phone.

You do realize it's nothing to do with perfessionalism it's just that facebook was create for people to meet other college students. It's only a matter of time in all honesty before it branches out to younger and older audiences.

In all actuality there may be more younger members on myspace but theres also a little thing that says "users under the age of 18 can not view your profile" if you really are worried about that kind of thing. Not only that but there's more people in general on myspace, most of whom are on the older side of the line.
