Dexterity: He isn't extremely fast, however he has excelent aim with a blaster. He has a Retinal combat implant that increases his accuracy with a blaster, allowing him to have peak mandalorian aim at all times.
Constitution: Slightly better than average, he has peak physical build for a man his age. However, that may be in part to all the adrenal stims flowing through his system.
Intelligence: He isn't a scholar, but when it comes to the ways of battle, he is extremely inteligent. He is a brilliant military strategist.
Wisdom: He is wise to those of his race, knowing much about the ways of combat and war. Some find him a little, crazy. He prefers the term " Battle Hardened"
Charisma: Unlike you would first expect from the man, he is very charismatic. Despite his apparent mental disorders, he isnpires courage to his fellow Mandalorians, and fear upon his enemies.
Skills:
He is a brilliant strategist, is able to think of completely insane strategies on the fly. Also, unbegnownst to him, he suffers from a mental condition that is relatively unique. He survived an assination attempt on his life and was trapped in pile of rubble. While he did escape with his life, there was an injury to his nerve system that makes it so that he isn't afraid when he should be. He doesn't care though, because he feels he died when he was assasinated. For the rest of his living life, he pledges it to he whom he see's as Mandalore, for Mandalore owns his life.
Strengths:
Rather brilliant strategist. He has so many adrenal stims in his system that he often doesn't sense pain in his left arm. His Right arm is a different story.
Weapons:
He has but three weapons that he carries around with him at all times. A single Westar 34 blaster pistol, a disruptor pistol that he calls Sparky, and the first weapon he ever received, his Mandalorian assault rifle.
Gear:
He carries a Com unit that he really really hates. Standard Mandalorian assault armor. A few medkits for his allies, and a couple of grenades.
Armor Functions:
It's nice and shiny.
He has a proximity sensor that often malfunction.
An air filtration system that only works for a limited amount of time.
Personality:
Some people find him crazy, but he doesn't see why. He hasn't been in battle recently, seeing as how he had to recover from a rather, intense accident. His crew couldn't seem to detonate their Proton core in a rather importan Invasion, so Julius ran over to it, and sat down with it in his lap while he ignited his Thermal Detonator. Mirculously, he survived, but his armor isn't in very good shape. He still wears it though, calling it Ole Faithful.

Best Attack Form: He doesn't have a set attack form, it varies for every situation.
History: Julius Torn, what can be said about him? Well, the common response is rather, suiting. He is Fucking Nuts, and lucky to boot.
He grew up on Dxun, that should say enough. He had no parents, and always found himself a new father figure. He developed a love for battle early, earlier than even most Mandalorians. He knew in his mind that he was destined for something great, and that his life wouldn't truly end until his destiny was fufilled.
He was above average as he trained throughout his years in the Mandalorian Camps, and seen as a brilliant strategist, to good for common combat they said. He resented the people who thought that, and always rejected their attempts to make him a command unit, he wanted to be out on the feild with the roughnecks, the least armor, worst weapons, nothing but Luck on his side.
Well... luck had to have been on his side, because an assasin was told to kill the strategists of the Mandalorian Clans. Somehow he survived and only suffered minor physical damage, however the part of his brain the proccesses fear was severely damaged.
This also explains some of his more, crazy plots, including his most recent. Julius was part of Mandalorian assault team that was to destroy a government compound building. Julius thought it was busy work, but enjoyed killing every member of the Royal guard. However, he was told they were going to fail their mission because the detonation trigger on their proton core was malfunctioning. Fearing nothing, he picked up the core, sat down in the middle of the compound with the core on his lap, and ignited the thermal detonator.
Amazingly, he survived the explosion, though his armor suffered considerate damage and now has no advanced systems in it. Julius still keeps it shiny though! He was just recently woken up, in the mourge none--the-less, with a scalpel in his chest. He was dissapointed they thought he would die so easily, and is now eager to rejoin combat.
