"I've been on this planet for three months now and the best thing i've done for this company is threaten a few locals..." His head down at the bar he twirls his drink at the bar. He bites his lip and downs the rest of it. Slamming it down he looks over the bartender and qinks for another round. His shift didn't start for another day and half do he figured another shot or two wouldn hurt anyone. The bar was pretty packed because the local band playing was popular among the settlers. Alderaan was starting to become the planet to go to which ment that his job was becoming more and more secure everyday at the same time dangerous which he loved. What he didn't understand was how the compnay could justify the lowering of his pay.

"Bartender! Drink!" Someone just bumped into him again for the twentyth time this night. He was annoyed and angered about alot of things. He was itching for another person to bump into him. He wanted to fight and get the anger out. He looked at his hand it was becoming soft like his people back home, Arkania. He smirked knowning that his life that he had no was far better then being a gentic engineer back home. the money was great but it just wasn't him at all.

The bartender handed him another drink with a pissed off looked. Bendak didn't really care with a glorified water boy liked him or not. he cracked his knuckles took in a deep breath and slammed the drink down. He grimaced as looked at the empty glass. he blinked a few times. Sadley the alcohol he wasn't very strong at all he didn't feel phased at all.

He stood up for the bar paid his tab, collected his belongs and weapons and started for the door. The crowd tonight in this dive was getting fuller by the minute he knew a roit would happen soon it was the natural order of the place.

The beat of the music seemed to mimic Ares's steps as he stepped through the crowded entrance to the cantina. It was a busy night and at first Ares was unsure if he and his wife were even going to get into the bar in the first place. The bounty hunter used some of the muscle that came with his BHG status, after that he and his partner got to the front of the line quite easily.

Leading his wife into the club, his hand in hers. Ares was pushed accidentally by another patron into a man who looked like he was leaving. He seemed to be in a bad mood, Ares tried to defuse the situation before it escalated. He wasn’t looking for a fight; the bounty hunter was just there to enjoy a night off with his wife.

“Sorry mate." Ares apologized through his exterior speakers on his helmet. It sounded metallic and had been raised so he could be heard in the loud cantina. “No worries?”

She would admit he was glib if he would admit she was right when they stepped into the bar.
It was a stereotypical hole in the wall where glum, gluttons drowned their sorrows and looked for fist fights and missing teeth from the ones partaken the night before.

20 years of bounty hunting had left Stasha Evie with a natural filter when it came to filth.

As she looked each drunkard, killer, rake and sloth over she could feel a keen sense of Déjà vu,

But more then that, her eyes scanned like rapid gold radar and stuck to each of them before the humble passer by of a light conscious even gained her attention.

She could have easily chosen another profession.

Her face was striking with narrow eyes like warm honey of a cruel glint and a small, delicate nose with small but plump lips that wore either a devious smirk or a pout most always. Her hair was dark with a brilliant auburn shine- thick and restrained decoratively upon her spiked, Zabrak, scalp above pale neck flesh, her skin as smooth and white as cold candle wax. She wore a suite of black latex and Rancor hide like a second skin and her cruves thanked her for the vanity.

She stepped through the door upon pointed toed' boots, her hand held tight in her husband's and regarded a dark stranger with little interest. As Ares and the man bumped shoulders she made room for him to pass and tugged at the bounty hunter’s wrist impatiently.

She flashed a smile but said nothing, her opinion was internally triggering mocking laughter.

Bendak gritted his teeth as he stopped in his tracks and turned to couple he was about to tell him off until he got a look at the woman next to him. If there was one thing in the galaxy that could distract him it was beauty and she sure was to him. He smirked and then looked at the man who he still was angery but decide to let this one go. he looked at the man and back at her he was about to say "No worries" until a he was pushed from behind which caused him to fall hitting the ground face first leave a small cut on his cheek. After throwing a few curse words around he pushed himslef off the ground in a twist and landed on his feet and pulled out scimatar vibrosword. He looked around the room for the man who pushed him in the back. The crowd made a large circle around the four of them, bendak ,bounty hunter and his lady, and the pusher. He smirked as he trwirled, pulled out his blaster shoot quickly and hit the pusher in the head all in one twirl. The pusher fell to the ground stunned.

"Damn slimeball... theres always someone on every planet i find a reason to shoot" Bendak chuckled as he sheathed his scimatar and put his blaster away.

Valek emerged from the Hangar he parked his ship, the mechanics refueling and doing the repairs needed. He knew something was wrong when he left Coruscant, and now he would be delayed further because of this sabotage. He wore his standard mercenary outfit with his black longcoat as the lens on his "face" glew green, despite everyone else thinking it for just a standard helmet. He made his way towards the entertainment district where he knew there would be something there to keep him busy and away from trouble in the open.

Once there, he saw a small crowd form around something as he pushed his way through them, and saw just in time someone that strike a man from behind, knocking him to his feet before cursing something. An armored man and a woman with him were also in the area, but seemed to be keeping clear of the fight. The man who struck the other seemed to be armed with the standard, and seemed capable in a fight. Valek would note to be aware of him should he cross his path.

Increasing the exterior speaker volume on his helmet further, Ares spoke over the din of the crowd. He was slowly getting pissed, much like a snow ball being pushed down a snowy slope, it was growing by the second. " Enough! That was uncalled for!" The bounty hunter clenched his fists in anger. Shooting someone in cold blood was totally uncalled for in a cantina, even if it was only a stun round. The victim hadnt even done anything serious, only pushing into the crazed man probably by accident.

" Stand down before I have make you stand down." The armored man's voice was cold and full of malice.

Evie sighed and titled her fair head, standing akimbo and turning her neck the crowd with a look of boredom, The Zabrak tossed a loose lock of mahogany from her face and faced the shooter with a Glare, nearing her husbands side and speaking with a soft, slow tone of spite.

“Too bad there aren’t any orphans here, you could make them cry.” She hissed with a smirk, sharp white canines flashed beneath her lips.

Shooting a stumbling man for unwanted physical contact? She thought a simple “excuse me” would suffice. After all, when it came to bars, two things were certain:

headaches and touchy-feely strangers.

Bendak could feel the alcohol in his system to kick in because he started to laugh at the bounty hunter, this was not him at all. "You know whats uncalled for... a tinman with a bombshell on his shoulder... thats uncalled for" Bendak chuckled, stumbled backwards a step and looked confused for a second before he collected himself. He saw out of the corner of his eye a man standing near the enterance, Valek. Something about the man distrubed him and chilled his entire body. He looked back Bounty Hunter a smirked half heartedly.

And so it all started to boil down, the armored one and the female at his side were standing against the human who apparently shot a civilian with a non lethal round. The crowd stepped back some, enough so Valek realized he was now slightly ahead of the crowd. This was the last thing Valek wanted, and if any of these sentients were so much as Force users, then Valek would be here for hours. The man who fired the shot then looked at Valek as he looked back slightly, his presence now known as he sensed the unnerving feeling in him after he saw him.

It was no use now, and Valek thought he get this over with before alot of pointless deaths occurred.

"I suggest you be on your way. I can smell the scent of alcohol on you from here."

Valek said in his usual monotone voice, both of his hands at his side and both his magnum and lightsaber hidden and secured in his longcoat.

The rage mounted in Ares, he was as close to punching a random person more than he had been the entire day. His left fist practically shook with anger, while his right remained stationary. His attention on the man who had just insulted him and his wife when another spoke, he wore a long trench coat and a full face mask. The bounty hunter completely ignored the new comer. Ares let his anger guide his mouth, it wasnt his best moment, but he wasnt in the best of moods.

" Listen here punk..... You better just walk away. You have no idea who your messin with." Again Ares wasnt there to fight, he just wanted to enjoy the night with his wife. It was beginning to be ruined by the man with the mouth.

“His shoulder’s not the only thing I’m on, Doll” Evie stated dryly.

She pulled her top close, closing it up past her collar bone. The Huntress licked her lips hungrily. The humanoid with what appeared to be a box with a green ocular as a head had meant well but his presence wasn’t commanding enough for her good graces. She shrugged a shoulder in his direction and leaned into Ares.

"By the way he smells I doubt he can do that..." She whispered where his ear would be, had his face not been concealed- she was of course, referring to the dark man's ability to walk.

He didn't feel like he was getting drunker nor did he feel like he was getting sober. Bendak might have taken any of them on in a single match but now it was three to one. He stood there for a few seconds thinking about his options and how he was now public embrassed. He looked down at the ground at his boats for a few seconds and disappeared from sight. He turned on his stealth generator and slowly but swiftly moved to the right a few feet circling the group but also getting closer to the door. Bendak pulled out a stint and injected it into his arm. t would counteract the alcohol in his blood. He unsheathed his scimatars and glared at Valek.

"There is something about this man I do not like..."

The man vanished before everyone, most likely a portable shield generator on him. Valek looked around slightly, sensing his presence moving about the area. He could not see him, even with the helmet's settings, but he could definitely dense where he was, and he was moving his way towards the door. Valek decided to step forward and away from the door that he was still by and more towards the bar area. Valek was hoping the man would exit in peace and not drag him into a pointless fight, but he could still feel the presence of the man and the uneasy feeling he was giving to him...

Ares knew from experience that the man had enabled a stealth field generator. It was practically instinct that drove him to switch on his thermal visor. The bounty hunter had faced more men than he could remember that tried using stealth fields on him, they never got very far.

He followed the now invisible mans heat trail as he made his way to the exit of the club. Ares would not persue, his goal was not violence that night. But he pointed right at the cloaked man to make him know that the hunter could still see him.

" Cmon babe. Lets hit the bar. I'm sure your dying for a Dorian Quill right about now. " Ares said as he half way picked up his wife with his cybernetic arm.

Evie chuckled softly and leaned against the armored hunter affectionately as her small frame pressed against his. After the annoyance has dispersed itself she led Ares eagerly to the bar.

“ Always, Tin man.” She teased with a sultry tilt of her chin.

All the excitement had gotten her hopes up, the Zabrak had an animalistic urge for violence whenever its promise to a worthy combatant arose. But for the moment, she was content with Ares arms and a cold drink.

Since stealth generators were a new technology, Bendak was soon visible again as he flickered into appearance. His scimatars still out he stared at the strange cyclops of man, Valek. He shifted his weight to his back left foot , svvcanned the room of the on lookers then back at Valek. He smirked disapprovingly. Bendak put his scimatars away and flipped his hood up to cover his face from what little daylight was left.

"I don't know who you are my one eyed friend but I don't not like the vibe you give off... just stay away from me is all I ask"z

Bendak grabbed his protect goggles out of his hip pack and put them on as he glared at the man, almost forgetting about the couple who just left and dissappeared into the crowd.

Valek stopped in his tracks when he was spoken too, but did not once turn to face the man who did not like him. After he asked Valek to stay away from him, Valek did not respond as he paused for a brief moment before heading towards the bar, taking a seat a small distance away from the couple that was also there. It was a silent approval that he gave off to the stranger, an unheard "Sure, but I am not your friend." as Valek liked to put it.

The establishment was somewhat crowded, but there was a spot that Valek had taken there as he rested his arms on the counter. He noticed, but did not look over, that the couple inside seemed not too bothered by the drunken man's harassment and seemed to be having a nice time. There was a time where Valek could have been in a similar position, all before...

"Water."

Valek said towards the bartender. He never drank anything alcoholic, it would mess with his head and make things difficult.

The bar infront of Ares had a yellow ting to it. Not because it was dirty, but because he hadnt removed his helmet. Normally he would have taken it off long ago, but the intrusion from the drunken man earlier on forced the bounty hunters hand. Truthfully he didnt want the man to cheap shot him when his guard was down, he'd rather be a shield for his wife than a stain on her boots after the drunk blew his head off.

Ares looked over to his wife, so was enjoying the first of probably many Dorian Quills to come. He himself was not going to partake, being that he had sworn off alcohol in his youth due to an alocholic problem.

" So how was your day honey? I know I was gone for most of it.....did you catch that bounty of yours?" The armored man asked with a quizzical tone. By then his arms were folded on the top of the bar, Ares slightly leaning towards and facing his wife as he spoke.

Evie gave a small sound of refreshment as she slammed her empty glass on the table.

“Yes.” she replied, gazing off distantly before turning to his visor complacently.

“A girl. She ran.” She said flatly.

“ I let her go…”

She ran her slender gloved fingers over the sharp peaks of her cranium like predatory fins signifying her higharchy. The bartender reached to fill her cup and she stopped him, laying her other hand on his and shaking her head gently.

“Not yet.” she said.

Reclining back into her seat with a satisfied sigh, she regarded her lover with eyes flickering like candle light.

“So where were you?” she asked.

“I woke up without you - fell off the bed when I leaned over to-”

Her attention suddenly fell on a transfixed devaronian who turn away once his obvious eavesdropping had been noticed. He Cleared his throat and turned back to converse with a neighbor.

She laughed through her nose and slowly turned back from the forced smile she’d inflicted upon the devil-man.

Bendak took took a deep breath and walked out of the bar and leaned sat down on the ground. He rested his head on the bar's wall as he looked into the sky thinking where he should go next in the galaxy. Money never seemed like a probelm for because all he ever spen money on was alcohol, food, clothing and pieces of literature. Material objects just never interisted him at all. He closed his eyes as he calmed himself.

"One of these days i'm going to get myself killed..."

After he said that he chuckled. He was living a fast life and he knew it yet its been a few years and the worst thing thats happened to him is a few fist fights and he been shot a few times. For the line of business hes in he figured hes almost scar free.
