Just realized...

So I saw in the House and Clans write up that House Ordo is now a major house and Genet is no longer one. Before the time skip Ordo was a clan under house Fett I believe. So does that mean that the other houses officially ousted the Genet house due to past grievances? I'm curious as to the OOC and IC reason. I'm already brewing a couple ideas of exploring the story behind such a change if it isn't defined yet.

This is basically a retcon. These are the 5 houses, and have been for some time. Genet may have been a 6th house, but it was better to just write off all of Genet as having defected to the Sith, and it can be assumed Ordo was never under Fett.

Add happen in my head was that Genet was one of the original houses and then after they tried to take over Concord Dawn and then after they failed many of their members went to the sacred band of Ziost. They were removed from the house status for their transgressions.

In the wake of this clan ordo and clans skirata were elevated to house status.

I just wanted to check and see if that was the possible backstory to it all.
