Valek thought for a second, then went over to the balcony and looked down to see only the entrance, with about a dozen people in the way that consisted of staff and angry patrons as sirens got louder. They were not going out that way unless they wanted trouble. He then turned back to Quentell as he thought of a possible solution.

"There might be a back door the staff here use and lose them in the back alleys before they arrive. Or we can go to the roof, go to the next roof top, and escape from there. It looked like one or two buildings were close together to this one."

Valek answered, looking past Quentell slightly to notice the Zabrak from before and a young Twi'lek girl who looked like something was obviously upsetting her.

"Coming with you?" Daveny was perplexed, she scooped up her own blaster and tucked it away, following after the human.

"If your not the police then what do you want with me?" her eyes of blood-brown narrowed.

Her intent hadn’t been malicious, the Cathar had surprised and frightened her with his touch…a force users touch, there was no way she could plead her case without seeming utterly insane. There was little choice but to go with the men until time allowed her to travel safely on her own. If they knew a way out of the inn without detection she would do as they said- there was little other option.

Its wasn’t as thought she could blend into a crowd with ease.

 

[D.C.]

After Valek's words Quentell replied. "Good thinking. I doubt it we will have enough time to reach the back alley, and if they're smart cops, they will have a few man guarding the back entrance. Besides, we are not even sure if a back entrance exists in this building."

He then walked over to the balcony and as he stood on it he looked up to the roof. He then looked to the side and saw a pipe which they could use to climb up. Valek and he could easily use Force Jump to reach the roof, but he figured that would blow their cover as mercenaries.

"Alright, we're going up. Valek, watch the door and warn us if anybody comes up. I will climb upon the roof first and the girl will follow after me and then the zabrak. When we're all up there, it's your turn to climb, Valek."

Then he looked at the girl and said specifically to her: "I'm no police. I'll explain things to you later on."

After he said that he climbed onto the roof and there he waited for his companions to show up.

During this whole situation he remained very calm, like it was nothing.

Raiden was predicting all the leadership would take role. He only waited and see how the so called plan would turn out. He didn't like to listen but figured it'd be a good time to. He followed the instructions given and waited for the Twi'Lek to climb before him, afterwards he'd climb up after her.

Raiden stretched his arms out and kept his guard. He wasn't too much afraid of the people in the room. He was only suspicious. He didn't want anybody hurt nor himself. He was after all a Prince.

Daveny quickly ascended after Quentell. Her athletic body making her rise with great ease as she hoisted herself with her arms into a masterful back walkover onto the roof.

 

[FaMiLy]

Raiden followed after the girl. He reached up and grabbed onto the ledge. Pulling himself over he made a easy attempt and it was successful. Now he only waited for farther instructions.

 

[Phil]

Seeing that everyone was now on the roof after climbing the pipe, Valek approached just as he heard sounds of speeders stopping outside. Time was running out as he leaped over and grabbed the pipe and started to climb up it just as law enforcements and what appeared to be a female in a brown robe and white tunic entered. A Jedi. Valek did not like this as he climbed faster until he was at the top of the pipe and climbed onto the roof with the others. He turned to Quentell, thinking that he sensed the Jedi's presence below.

"They are down stairs now, along with a Jedi. I do not know if they saw me."

Valek stated calmly, despite the fact that he had another head ache due to being surrounded by three force users. He was so used to the migraines though that it caused only a slight annoyance instead of pain like it should have been doing.

“Frotz….” Daveny cursed. If she had killed a Jedi it was a whole new ball game. She felt disgust crawl up her spine as her finger tips tingled instinctively.


(Rai, is your character a shade or a jedi?)

Quentell sensed the Jedi indeed.
"A Jedi, you say." he said. "Then, let's run."

The Shade were no enemies to the Jedi and Quentell did not want to make it so. He looked over to the building which stood right next to this one. They could easily jump towards the next roof and then to another and yet another. They could easily lose the authorities on the rooftops, as long as this Jedi did not follow them using her Force Speed and Force Leap.

"Lady and gentlemen, let's go!" he said.

Raiden only nodded. He followed the man from roof to roof.

 

[Phil]

Valek only nodded, looking back once to where they all climbed up, knowing the Jedi could sense them easily if they were close together or they used their powers. He then turned towards the Twi'lek girl before he spoke.

"Don't do anything foolish this time... Miss."

Valek said, obviously hearing the conversation in the room back below. He then turned towards where Quentell and the Zabrak jumped too and ran over there hiself, jumping over the gap and to the otherside.

Daveny hopped to safety and directed slurred twi’leki in the direction of the man in armor making up the tail of the group. She looked over her shoulder as they crept away, feeling the threat of the jedi like a chill. She didn’t want to be any closer to them then they already were.

Quentell took the lead and led the small group across the roofs. He looked over his shoulder briefly and saw the group was still complete, and nobody was following them.

"There!" Quentell shouted and he ran over to the edge of the roof. He had seen a balcony sticking out.

As he stood at the edge of the roof he waited for his companions to catch up and then he jumped onto the balcony, making a good landing on both his feet. He quickly turned around and looked through a glass door which would lead to the bedroom of the residents. He then looked down onto the street below and saw another pipe they could use to climb down.

"Let's get onto the street. I think we've already lost them but we'd better find someplace to hide for a few minutes. Follow me."

He climbed off the balcony and he climbed down the pipe. Finally he stood on the street below looking around, no authorities to be seen. He looked up and waited for his companions to come down as well.

 

[Phil]

"I'll send these two down first, Master. Then I will bring up the rear once they are down below."

Valek said to Quentell telepathically, then turned to the other two who stood before him. He could still sense the Jedi below, but she was now moving throughout the building. They needed to hurry.

"After you two."

Valek said to the Zabrak and Twi'lek, gesturing towards the other pipe that led below to the street. He then turned to face away from them and towards where they had climbed up, watching it like a hawk.

Daveny quickly locked her legs on the pipe and slide several feet before straightening her ankles and dropping down the rest of the way.

She landed besides the leading human with her stubby brain tail wagging and a clink of her metal boots.

"The Trap door in Coruscant." She said with a smirk, twirling a key card in her gloved fingers.

"If all else fails- Don't you know it? You always end up going to work on your day off..."

 

[FaMiLy]

Raiden followed after the Twi'lek he grabbed the pipe after hopping down onto the balcony and slid down. As he was slid down his hood flapped. He landed straight and fixed his hood. He only waited for more instructions.

Something was going to happen there was no doubt about it. If someone was killed there had to be rumors. All the pedestrians were looking at the Twi'lek in the first place. They knew she was here but Raiden thought that they were to afraid to say anything, considering she was with the two other men and Raiden himself. "They might think were all a crew," Raiden thought to himself, "at least let's hope so."

Raiden kept following.

Valek saw that all three were down to the ground level below as he looked straight ahead to the pipe. He jumped down to the balcony, then ran straight towards the pipe, jumping over the railing and leaped over the gap and grabbed the pipe as he slid down. He then reached the street level, his longcoat flapping all the way down before hitting the concrete, letting go of the pipe. Stepping away from it, valek looked down the alleyway they were at in both directions through his nightvision, and saw nothing... yet. He turned towards Quentell, waiting to see what th enext move was.

 

[D.C.]

"I've been to Coruscant many times." Quentell said. "And that's how I found a cantina filled with shady patrons, thugs, scoundrels, scum, rogues and exotic dancers. The place is full of murderers and criminals, the authorities won't be looking for us there and we won't get noticed there."

He looked into the direction that would lead them to the cantina he was referring to. "Follow me."

~And, Valek... Be on your guard there. Those people don't really like Jedi or other Force Users that much. Especially Jedi, but they don't really like Shades either. So stay cool and pretend your a merc all the time. Never show your saber or use powers unless really necessary.~ He telepathically sent to his fellow Shade.

About an hour later they reached the cantina. Its name was 'The Smoky Barrel' and it was in the lower city.

As they stood before the entrance Quentell said: "Wait here, I'm gonna check things out."

He entered the cantina and upon entering, many eyes spotted him. The room was filled with many different kinds of species, ranging from humans to zabraks to rodians to trandoshans. The bartender was a besalisk male.

When the bartender saw Quentell he shouted: "Look who we have here!"

Quentell smiled and replied: "Greetings, Bondar."

"Quen! Haha, long time no see! Come and tell me what you've been through the last few months."

"Just a moment, Bondar. My friends outside are waiting, let me go get them." he said and after he said that he turned around and walked back to the entrance. There he saw his companions.

"Come on in, it's OK. And Valek, remember what I said." He was referring to the latest telepathic message he had sent to Valek regarding the hatred for Force Users in this cantina. Quentell then turned around again and walked over to the counter, assuming his companions would follow after him.

Raiden had seen the Cantina before. He was only there a few times before. He walked into the Cantina and just looked around, he wanted to see if it was the same place. He realized eyes were spotting him. He didn't really mind, he slid through the crowd and made his way to the bar. He sat beside Valek hoping nothing would occur here. Although he was really ready for something to happen.

The only reason he walked and followed the companions was to have an escape. But now that he thinks back to it. A lot of people could blame him for the murder considering he had left his room without signing out of the guest book. He was worried about that.

"what a dump...." Daveny said to herself with a snicker as she entered. She couldn't belive this place passed itself off as an establishment! It was levels below her beloved "Trap Door".

Stepping into the cantina she winked at a bystander who regarded her mutilated face with curitosity.
